Bought a used Subaru elsewhere but brought it to Mike when some lights came on the dash. He diagnosed the problem and recommended that I call Subaru of America to see if they could do anything for us because of a just-expired warranty (go figure!) They required us to take the car to a dealership for the repairs. His diagnosis was right on and SOA did help us out a bit. Thank you Mike for your advice, for helping us save money on the repair and for checking in with us again to see how it went. 2yes ago a driver hit my gram totaling her vehicle. Hen she came here they treated her with 100% above and beyond making sure she had fuul gas to start. If she needs anything - be it routine maintenance or "checked to be safe" they pick up the car at her house, do what's needed ( if anything and if not has let her know it checks out) then brings it back to her house after and with the respect & friendly attitude one would treat own grandparent with ! Thank you! 10 stars!

I feel like they take advantage of previous laurels attributed to a previous owner. Personally I feel overcharged for replacement of sparkplugz, an oil change, & easily plugging in the correct lights at $448.00. Three and a half hours by an "experienced mechanic" at $90 an hour! My dad almost had a heart attack when he heard how much it cost! To do routine maintenance, give me a break. Then offer to do my front axles for $248, which is way more complicated than what you did for almost $500!!! Thanks, but no thanks, already found a great place with more integrity. Pelham Auto in Belchertown.
