WOW. Need to post 2 more stars. Many times I have been to the post office or other shipping place a d needed more tape or stuffing. "Yes, we can SELL you some for $xxxx" no choice I buy one at a high price only to add it to 2 more at home. At ELSEWHERE Else has tape and stuffing on a table for FREE !!!! Why go anywhere else??.

Use for your shipping needs, UPS, FED-EX, USPS. Small staff keeps things simple and friendly. However it is a smaller location meaning the area where you bring the packages to send is also not very large which is an issue when they are very busy.Otherwise, I recommend utilizing this location for your shipping needs. They make things fairly simple and help you when needed when it comes to how to fill out a form or which carrier provides the best price for your shipment.Give them a try, and decide for yourself.

Always very helpful and courteous. I wanted to drop off toys for local kids and an employee named Pam told me the Athol police department was still accepting donations and I was able to drop off seven toys for local kids in need. Thank you Pam. You always have a smile on your face and. Thank you so much.

I have frequented Else Where many times, Deb and Pam are always helpful, and patient, they go out of their way to help me. I never feel rushed, they are always willing to go “the extra mile”. It’s a pleasure doing business there and I highly recommend Else Where for friendly service !

To me being a former owner .of a business You should just take things with a grain of salt let people speak their minds and learn from it . You really shouldn’t be responding to all of the comments it doesn’t make you look good at all being the owner. Learn from the comments and try to make your business the very best it can be.

Horrible experience I went in to ask a quick question and when someone answered me she was told to stop and I had to wait just get my question answered. The Older woman was very rude and it's wasn't appreciated. Horrible customer service when I was the only customer in there.
