We had car issues and called AAA for service. Dale's came and helped us get car started and then set us up to stop in and get assistance. They were fast, friendly and understanding. Highly recommended!

So I had a flat tire- the tow truck driver was amazing. He came out very quickly and put on the spare for me. I’m in a wheelchair and did it amazingly fast. Thank you so much for the help and taking care of me

Having our car breakdown on Rte 78 in 94 degree heat and having no way of fixing it we called AAA and they sent Dale's Towing to rescue us. It was a turning into a horrible day until Bayron came to our rescue. This man was wonderful. He drove us home to Chicopee with the car on the dolly. It wasn't the best ride but we had good conversation and Bayron was professional, kind and the highlight of the day. Thank you Bayron and the next time we are in the area I hope you are free for lunch and we will go to Herricks. Whoever owns this towing company I hope you know what a great employee you have.

I locked my keys in my car while camping several hours from my house. I called AAA and Ed from Dale’s came right away. It turned out that the unlock buttons in my car were difficult to even see, much less press, from the outside of the car. It was pouring rain, but Ed didn’t stop working until he was able to unlock the door. He was so kind to me as well. Thank you Ed! I would have been stranded without you!

Our Honda Fit, fully laden, broke down with engine trouble that required a tow to our service dealer, just before dust. We were so fortunate that the AAA sent us a tow truck from Dale's. The driver showed up within a VERY short time. He was upbeat and cheerful and had our car on his truck and us cheered up in his cabin. He was helpful all along the way, and had us home and the car at our repair service in no time at all. I can warmly recommend Dale's Auto Body and Towing! They are way better than any of our previous towing experiences in Massachusetts over the last 50 years in Massachusetts!

Bayron saved me from being totally stranded with professional & efficient driving! I called AAA with a flat tire & he kindly drove us over 100 miles with good conversation! Thanks for turning my day around, this was by far the best tow I’ve ever had

I called AAA because my daughters car needed to be towed from one garage to another. They sent Dale's towing to come pick up her car. The tow truck driver Baryon was funny and did a great job!

Got stuck going up a trail in a sand ditch. Called them and they came rather quick and got me out quick as well. They were nice with hospitality.

They are rude and over priced and liers told my mother 200 to tow to her house but cheaper to bring to there shop so I could get it then they charge her 211 for 2 miles from Walmart to just passed cumbys then wheel locked so they charged her another 100 to tow to her house so 312 to go say 4 miles tops then he acted like tough guy but threatened cops so tough ????? Anyway would call someone else

Dale's towing is awesome! I got my vehicle stuck in the mud backing up onto my lawn in an incredibly deep and difficult spot. I had very little faith that my vehicle would be recovered easily. I decided to call Dale's towing. Dale's sent out Kevin who was nothing short of a true professional. Not only did Kevin arrive 15 minutes after I placed the initial call, he was also able to use a wench and un-stuck my vehicle in under 10 minutes. I'd also like to note that Kevin was extrememly professional and courteous throught the whole encounter.Thanks for saving the day guys!

Horrible company, bad attitude, rude to customers, add charges without telling you ahead of time. Had the gall to charge me $108 for a 1 mile drive to get 2 things out of my car without telling me there was a charge for the service and when I asked why they didn't tell me the response was "we don't work for free". Thank God I didn't get my vehicle repaired there.
