Called the pharmacy on 2/21 @ about 1:05 pm. Some female answered the pharmacy phone. Last week I called a gentleman helped by looking up meds covered by insurance. She would not look them up, and was quick to push me off the phone. I'll use good rx for meds for now on and pay for my meds anyplace that is not this CVS pharmacy! She forgets it is the customer service that give her a paycheck.

Everything but the actual pharmacy is nice. The people who work in the pharmacy are just rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Will hang up on you just because they are lazy and don't want to take the time to help you. I haven't been able to get my medication for almost 3 months from this place, and they have no care in the world for their customers. Typical trash employees.

Worst CVS EVER!!!! staff is uncaring rude and unhelpful. Never regretted switching pharmacies until I had to deal with the Athol CVS Pharmacy.

Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that consistently has one of my prescribed meds. The pharmacy service is the worst I have ever experienced at any pharmacy. Its the farthest thing from quick or convenient for a working person who lacks the time to be jerked around! Whether they are short staffed, I'm not sure. However, the darn pharmacy closes down at least an hour everyday for lunch. That kind of sums up how concerned they are about good service to their customers. Are you kidding me? Ever hear of rotating staff for lunches to keep your darn business open? I am so sick of dealing with this place every month and will definitely be searching for a new pharmacy to do business with. The only reason i give one star is because my prescriptions are what they are supposed to be. When I finally get them, that is. I would rather give a half star if it were available to give.

Received message saying Rx will be ready at 12:43, got there at 1:03 and was told it could be expedited and take another 20 minutes!

They are always friendly and willing to help .But whom ever is the manager of the store needs to get a cleaning crue!!! I seriously don't think that they clean only because I go in early mornings and I would say invest in a Vacuum and or someone who can handle one

Easy quick prescription drop off all where professial pleasent... pick up even easier!! UNLIKE the other pharmacy in the town they are rude!! And condescending

They don't stock all meds,all the time,even though I've been on this medication for 4 years... Someone is doing the ordering rite,for stock... I had to go through shaking,my whole BODY.. withdrawal... Because they don't keep meds in stock.. t
