My name is Trish. I never write reviews, but this is the second time this happened to me. I’m in the customer service business myself, and I get it if you’re shortstaffed or falling behind, it takes me about 25 minutes to get to the establishment. When I got there last month the groomer was behind and not even giving me a common courtesy. Call to let me know they were shortstaffed, So I had to drive home and come back an hour later so I was not happy so that appointment I drove to the establishment three times so I had an appointment today. Feb 17 I get there, and again the same issue falling behind/Shortstaffed not giving me again, the common courtesy, call yet again me to let me know if I wanted to come in at a later time or reschedule my appointment. Unprofessional, I work my schedule around my puppies, grooming schedule, groomer could care less about my time. I WILL NEVER BE BACK !!! They expect us to show at our appointment as scheduled, and I would expect the same common courtesy in return when I get there to have my puppy taken at the time of her appointment.

Love this place. My 1st time there! I brought my newest family member. Whom I adopted. The Ladies in there were all Amazing. Felt very comfortable leaving her. They did an awesome job!!!!! & Now We are gonna be regulars. I'm also gonna be bringing my emotional support doggie there too!!!

I took my cat to be groomed today, they groom cats on Sundays and Mondays. He's not the easiest cat and very big, it was the first time he'd been groomed. 45 minutes later he was trimmed, nails cut and cleaned up, they said he was easy. I got him home, he's happy as a clam. I'll definitely take him back, they were great with him.

All the staff are welcoming and super knowledgeable. They are accommodating with scheduling. I have been bringing my mini Berne-doodle here for over a year and I am so impressed every time I pick him up. He is a super hyper puppy and honestly tough to work with but the techs always deliver an amazing grooming. Highly recommend.

Those women work very very hard. They are meticulous and loving with the animals and humans. I'm so lucky to find Lori's paws. Max gets super excited for his spa day and that makes me happier than anything.

Absolutely love Lori and her staff! They take such great care of my golden retriever and he is so fresh and clean every time he leaves. I also like that I can bring in my own shampoo for his sensitive skin.

After having a very bad experience with another groomer it was a relief to have an awesome one with Lori's Paws. They did a fantastic job with my Cavalier Milo!

My dog actually gets excited when I tell him he's going to see Lori. She and her staff are friendly, you can tell they truly love dogs! Her prices are reasonable and she is very accommodating. I highly recommend Lori's Paws!
