“Been working with them for years, and they do great work. One great thing i notice over the years, as they been growing and expanding, is they remain the same great shop that just wants to do the right job at the right price. The persistence over the years of always making sure they are doing the right job, do it well, and only fix whats broken is what keep me coming back. Also if they can give you options on various ways to fix at different price points, they will. I had times that I tried to talk them into doing more and they talk me out of it. I like to bring my cars to the chains auto place so i can use them for the deals on their loss leader stuff (discount oil changes, free tire rotations, complimentary multi point inspections), but when they hand me the list of stuff to fix, i just tell them no, I just drop it off at Paul's to fix it or tell me if its a actual problem.
Been sending family and friends to them for years now and everyone raves about them too.”
“Hands down, fast, efficient, honest and gets it done right and the first time..... I've had all my non diesels repaired here and its the way to go. I have had brakes exhaust, radiator, shocks and motor work done on my Anniversary edition Mustang, I had a belt replaced on my Saab story 9-3 convertible, the Transmission was replaced on my Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 at the shop in a few hours, Rear lowering shackles and brakes on my flare side Ford F150. Matthew so graciously replaced Calipers, fixed ride height sensors, repaired leaky tires, changed oil, completed AC charge on my Yukon XL Denali. All inspection stickers here as well. He also rebuilt the front end of my Dodge Ram 5.9 complete wheel to wheel with alignment as well as fluid exchanges and tires. I may have light duty vehicles but he hasn't failed me over the last three years as my local mechanic. He was also available for a tow out at the beach which turned out to be a lack of fuel which he had on board his truck. Always prepared. If its broken it gets fixed here so don't try to pick your repair, doesn't make sense anyhow.Services: Transmission”

“I leased a new jeep Wrangler from here and worked with Bob Costa. The experience from start to finish was a breeze. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want and didn’t ever feel like I was only a potential sale to them. I went and test drove on a Thursday night and came home with it Monday morning ( even with it being a long holiday weekend). “I had a great experience at Nunos Auto! My Jeep’s check engine light came on this past weekend, and we came upon Nunos from a quick Google search for local mechanics. George got us in first thing Monday morning, they completed an assessment, and Nuno provided reasonable recommendations for next steps before allowing us to decide how we wanted to proceed. The work was completed quickly, and we were provided with the full report of the diagnostics both before and after to show the work that was done to resolve the issue. They will be our first call for maintenance in the future!”
“After having looked around at a couple other used dealerships, and hearing great reviews from both mine and my boyfriend's family, I ended up getting a very nice 2015 Ford Edge from Ralph's in June.
The purchasing process was extremely smooth, Ralph worked out a great deal with us and gave me a fair trade in value on my old car. I was able to pick it up in about a week and every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful and very competent. Also, I absolutely LOVE this car.
I would absolutely recommend checking out Ralph's for your next car, but there are two very small factors that made me lower my rating from 5 to 4 stars.
The first, is that when I picked up the car, there was one panel missing from the dash but I was assured it was no issue, and that as soon as it arrived at the shop they would give me a call and it would be fixed. The missing panel has no impact on driving or using my car, but just doesn't look great. I waited as long as I did to write this review because I really wanted to be able to say that it had been taken care of when I did, but sadly it hasn't. The last time we check in with them, we were told that the part has been hard to get, but that we would hear from them as soon as they get it, so if that happens I will immediately update this.
The other issue I had was that a little over a month after I bought it, I ended up having to do front brake work. This probably wouldn't have impacted my rating because it is a used and older car, but it was slightly frustrating that it was so soon after the 30 day warranty and I felt like it should be mentioned.”

“I took my Kia Soul to Spindle City Auto Glass in Fall River for a detailing, and I’m convinced Carson, Nick, and Landen have some kind of car makeover superpowers. They took my well-traveled, Zumba-gear-hauling, snack-stained ride and transformed it into something that looks like it could moonwalk out of the garage. I almost broke into a Zumba routine right there, it was so clean!
Their attention to detail was amazing—they cleaned spots I didn’t even know existed, and I’m pretty sure they found that lost water bottle from my last Zumba class. If your car needs a serious glow-up, Spindle City Auto Glass is where the magic happens. Your car will be ready for the dance floor in no time!”
