“I had a wonderful experience here. We were going have a long journey, before leaving we found the vehicle ‘ brake pump got some problems. It is during Labor Day, no shop open, only Joe take the phone call and help us found a tow truck driver,But since one of our friend help us to make the phone call, my husband and I misunderstanding the address, the vehicle was towed to the wrong place. Joe wait us four hours until off hour. When we realize the problem we had to wait the second day, he help us contact the tow truck again. He is very nice and patient and know what we need. He help us check all the systems and figure out the problem and what kind of parts need.During Labor Day there is no parts available, he knows how we are hurry to go, he drove to Boston to get the parts instead of waiting five days deliver.Finally we only need 2 hours to get the fixed car. I would literally drive 100 miles to come to this place to get anything done I promise...honestly if I had to push my car in my bare feet to get it here I just simply WOULD. Long story short I have taken my Jeep Wrangler to 3 different place multiple times explaining to each place what was going on with it. And each time the problem was never fixed, it took forever to get my car back, AND my bank account was completely drained. I called Walt up on Wednesday and dropped it off Thursday morning NOT ONLY did I get it back same day, NOT ONLY was the problem COMPLETELY FIXED...the price had me in true disbelief. My jeep has never driven better and I cannot explain how awesome these guys are.
