Poor service and terrible communication. Workers were not helpful one woman told us to go to UPS or FedEx! Any questions you asked she went to ask her manager the most basic questions!!!!

I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews. It is a small town post office. There are two clerks and even with a line to the front door I have never waited for more than a couple minutes. I run an Etsy store and have been there almost every day for two weeks. Have had 0 issues. Staff is super helpful, friendly, and efficient. If you have a problem with small post offices, go stand in line in at the big one in Framingham for 10 minutes instead ?

I have no idea what these other reviews are about. Maybe there used to be a terrible manager? Anyway, my online business has been booming and I love using usps because they're local and stress free. I have never once had an issue with them. The lady that is often behind the counter is polite, quick and doesn't seem to mind when I come in with 10+ packages (I mean hey, it's more money for them, right?) whereas with other services they often act like they're too good to do their job and will roll their eyes at you for shipping many packages. Here, there's none of that. Just good customer service.
