Even though they paid $16 for a delivery that was supposed to take place by August 5th, it was delayed 3 days due to a delay by UPS, with no explanation or refund.

Of all the places I’ve lived and all of the UPS centers I’ve been serviced by, this is by far the worst.There was a typo in my building directory and my name was off by a single letter. Because of that, they decided that I don’t live here and my package was not delivered, stating that they were “attempting to update the information”. That is a complete lie, they never contacted me or my building management (even though they were on staff during the date and time of attempted delivery) to update or verify the information. I had to call my management after I checked and saw that the delivery failed. Management also agreed that it was ridiculous that they refused to deliver based on a single-letter typo despite the address being correct.I also called customer service to see if I could pick up the package from this location instead. The lady on the phone was very nice (was a corporate customer service representative) and told me to come pick up my package during will call hours between 7:45pm-8:15pm.I arrived at 7:50pm, and the doors were locked, nobody was inside, I rang the bell multiple times and nobody came to open the door. Once again, I called the corporate customer service number, the woman on the other end was very nice and attempted multiple times to call this location directly. Nobody answered her, despite the fact that she called them at around 8:10pm, which is still supposed to be DURING their will-call hours!Honestly, why even have those times posted if you’re not actually going to be open, not even on standby? Judging by many of these recent reviews, I’m not the only person to go through this. What a mess. Will be using and supporting USPS when I can from now on.

The drivers that work out of this location have to be some of the laziest! They continuesly leave a tag on my door "sorry we missed you" when i'm home and they don't bother to even ring the doorbell! Am I supposed to sit on my steps all day?! Then drive around with it all day and take it to an access point across town! So much for that raise they got, total deserved...not!!

I think the lady Vivian is the rudest people I have seen so far. Will not visit this place again. They need to train their employees how to talk to customers but not to yell at them.

It is a convenient location for me but almost never open. They close it often by just taping a note on the door. A heck of a way to run a business. I' not going to drive up to route 9 to ship a package. Don't post business hours and close for multiple days in a row because you can't be bothered.

Arrived during posted business hours but customer center not open. Sat in the lot from 2 to 2:45 and doors never opened. Phone number listed was useless as well

First, let me say that going there was a stressful end to a stressful week. I was receiving medications that had to be kept cold. I had paid extra to have the box left at the customer service center and was supposed to be notified by text when that shipment arrived. That notification never came. I checked my UPS account and found that it was there on hold at 4:00 PM. I was there at 4:10 .... only to find a notice on the door saying it was closed....along with two others customers walking away saying to me as I approached the door "It's Closed" Had I not parked on the side of the building and not seen the bell for after hours pickup I too would have returned to my car and left without my package. I told the other customers to hold on.... I rang the bell ........waiting.......finally, an employee opened the door, and I showed him my tracking number, explaining that in that box was medication, he then allowed me in..... then he had to search.....and then after 3 try's to find a scanning gun to receive the box.... then a signature. Now, if you go to the UPS Customer Service Website, they state they are open till 5:00... or 6:00... so when I asked him about the hours... and no text to say it was here earlier his response was that we have no help. The other two customers were allowed in for help in getting their items...

Absolutely horrible! Not flexible at all. First UPS won’t deliver my package and then when I agree to pick it up they are not flexible with me at all I work and am not always able to come pick up the package during the times they have available here. I never write reviews but I’m so upset with the service.
