My little Bruce absolutely loves going to Skipton!! We’ve been using the Pet Lodge for Boarding for a while now whenever we’re going on a trip. Staff are so nice, super responsive and never fail to send plenty of pictures. I’m always sure my pet is happy and receiving the best care when he’s at Skipton ?

My dog and I are so happy that someone recommend Skipton Pet Lodge to us. The people are real dog lovers and take excellent care of the dogs. Toby goes running right in when I bring him, which really makes me feel good. Prices are fair and there are no hidden extras. The Best!

I simply cannot express how happy I am with the care my babies receive at skipton pet lodge. It is truly and amazing space for the doggies to be. Amanda and Jacob do an amazing job with providing updates and beautiful pictures.The owner is also very hands on and involved with the care of the dogs and it’s very refreshing to see the level of commitment she has towards our fur babies. Everyone is very responsive, kind and engaging.My dogs run to daycare - something that has never happened at any other daycares we have been to.I have complete peace of mind when they are at Skipton! Cannot say enough positive things!

My dog runs inside!!!!!!He loves Skipton!!! The people at the front desk are also very welcoming & friendly to the humans. ♥️♥️♥️ Very fast check in, drop off, payment. Gem of a place for pets in town! Highly recommend if you want your baby treated just like home. ♥️

Have gone to Skipton many times to have my dogs nailed trimmed. Paula is always accommodating, does an amazing job and goes the extra step with checking his ears and cleaning them as needed. Thankful to have them around the corner.

We have been boarding our dog Romeo (now 13 hrs old and a diabetic) here on and off for 3 yrs now and I can’t say enough good things about Skipton. The staff is very caring and takes his feeding/insulin schedule very seriously . Many thanks to Jake and all his kindness and patience when I’m giving all of Romis new info about food insulin etc. Thank you Skipton the owner and her great staff go above and beyond ??

This place really deserves 0 stars.....I brought my cat in to be brushed and nails clipped .When I came back to pick her up,they told me the bill was $110 . The standard charge is $25 for this.They ended up charging me $65 which is more than double the going price . If someone had told me what the price was when I asked I never would have brought her there When I called to book the appointment and asked how much it would cost they told me they didn't know.What kind of business doesn't know what they charge?This is deceptive .It turns out they gave her a bath which stresses cats out and hair cut which was also not asked for. She is a long haired cat and they cut her long hair off..It ruined what she looked like and there was no need because her hair was not matted and noisy hair dryers also stress cats out. When I called to ask the owner about this ,she hung up on me .. I will never go there again and suggest no one else go there . Before I retired I was in the service business and when a customer had a complaint ,I listened and usually helped them out financially.. I did not hang up on them.That's bad business.Its simply good business to keep your customer happy because repeat customers are the life blood of any business. Bottom line I was misled and overcharged.

My dog, Bogey, has now been there a number of times for daycare, Haircuts/grooming. For the first time a few weeks ago, we boarded him there and we are beyond pleased! Especially because he is an older dog (10) and has never boarded anywhere before. The staff is so friendly. They have a cell phone you can text and someone always responds, seriously, within minutes every time. They send updates and pictures daily via text if you want. We especially love it because it is cage-free boarding and all the dogs hang out in open spaces together. Large fenced in yards and optional cages. They were tentative and took the time to separate Bogey when they could see his knee was bothering him. All around amazing experiences so far. I highly recommend to anyone for all services they provide.

Great place to board your dogs, and now cats also. They have indoor and outdoor play areas. They offer both day care and overnight boarding. Our pups love going there.

Cleo went to Skipton for over a year now (twice a week for the last 3 months), but I got a call from the owner that today is her last day and she is not a good fit. Very disappointing, unexpected and a day before we suppose to leave on vacation. We paid for the next 20 visits, always was greeted by staff with a smile. Did not hear anything bad about Cleo for a year and just got this call all of a sudden.Based on today experience I would not recommend this place to anyone, there is no trust and I do not consider lodge reliable anymore

I really can’t say enough good things about Skipton!I’ve been taking my boy here for about 3 years now. I’d be lost without this place. He is on the sensitive side, but he acts like Skipton is his second home. He adores all the staff, and they are fantastic with him. It’s so obvious everyone at Skipton cares deeply about each dog that comes through their doors. They carefully select the dogs they take, which I am very appreciative of. They foster a safe and friendly environment, and I never have to worry when I leave him there. The home style facility is an amazing fit for us, and the staff sends adorable photos throughout the day. Many thanks to all the staff, you all are wonderful!
