This gas station is NOT open 24/7 despite what Google says. Drove here late at night with a low tank only to find it closed. Really negligent to list this as open in a rural area with limited options.

Worst place to get gas. Anytime I goto use points, they manage to mess it up, costs me an hour of my time, half my bank account locked up due to pending transactions, and never even get to fill my tank. Absolutely useless if you cannot goto any Shell station, where you can use points. Every single gas station, manages to botch the transaction and none of them 'know what's wrong'... If your employees don't know, how TF is the customer? Waste of space. Hope your company goes absolutely bankrupt.

The guy with the Afro working the front desk is perfect! Couldn’t ask for better or faster service and it’s a gas station but does make a difference seeing a smiling face making a difference

Went there twice, and had 2 terrible experiences. We just moved to the area, so we wanted a dunkin we could go to. First time I ordered a hot drink, when i took a sip it was cold, I asked if they could remake it, they handed me back a cup with green smudge all down the side and told me this one is better and it was still cold. Tried to go there again and give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day, but that was not the case. The second time we went, we order 2 wake up wraps. As we were ordering, we tried to confirm and say "you got 2 wraps right?" And got cut off with aggressive "yes move forward." We pulled up to the window and we're handed a bag with 1 wrap in it. We told the lady who handed it to us that we ordered 2, and we hear a voice from the back that said "Oh so they want 2 now?" We told them we ordered two and even tried to double check but got cut off. The lady told us we'd have to go back around through the drive thru if we wanted what we ordered. Extremely rude and disrespectful service. Dunkin should be disappointed in the employees they hired here.

This place has gone from bad to worse in the last 6 months. Used to be a regular stop every day but I'm just getting tired of terrible service and messed up orders. There could be 4 employees standing around and me as the only customer inside at the register, zero acknowledgement that I'm even there and they leave you standing there while 5-6 cars pass the drive thru window. Several times I've been handed a coffee that's covered in sugar and dripping with cream on the outside of the cup, it's messy, sticky and with zero attempt to even wipe it down for the customer. I've seen them cleaning trash bins and wearing gloves, only to then start making food and coffee's with the same gloves on. Screaming for a Health Dept visit. Today I walked in, was the only customer in line, the new-ish day manager girl with the neck tattoos, was standing at the register when I approached, she looked directly at me and just walked away, not a word, no greeting, didn't ask the other employee at the drive thru to help me, nothing, just turned and walked away and left me standing there for several minutes until the drive thru girl came over to take my order. She (manager) may as well just say FU we don't want your business every single time you walk in there, that's the impression she gives you, and that's what they'll get now. If that's the managers attitude I'm not surprised they can't keep any employees there for more than a couple weeks at a time. She's costing them big $$ and customers for sure, terrible attitude and service.

I have a few problems with Shell. The first one I went this morning and there was a guy working behind the conor who is very rude and also very disrespectful to me and very abrupt. I have been going to Shell for years to purchase my gas end do you have this reward program I have been using it for a while and all I would have to do is put my credit card in there and punch my password in after using the card rewards card. They recently changed the software and since then I've had nothing but trouble. Some of the employees not this one that I've gone in there to purchase my guess we're very nice. This guy was a complete j*** and very disrespectful to me. I asked him very nicely are they ever going to fix this glitch? He told me very abruptly there's no problems with it. He is just a very nasty individual. I will not go back to this location again or maybe even any other Shell in the future due to his attitude. This happened this on a Thursday morning. I've never had this issue before with anyone. I told him he was very rude before I left. This whole new system that they have is awful plus this guy needs to be fired. There is a young man in there and I believe his name is Kyle who is really a gentleman. This other guy that I was dealing with this morning should be fired from his job if he's going to treat people like this when he treated me. I'm staying out of this location for now on. I will not recommend this shell gas station to anyone until he leaves.

I've never been disappointed here. I use the mobile App for all of my orders and I've never had to wait and my orders have always been perfect. It's a busy spot and the employees always seem extremely busy but also very helpful and polite. I was surprised to see the negative reviews because I've always been impressed.
