This guy was driving super aggressively in traffic on Friday evening in Natick. Getting right up on peoples' bumpers, honking at them to inch forward at red lights. When I tried to switch lanes (with plenty of space) he accelerated into me so I had to swerve away and then pulled up next to me and lowered his window. I had my wife and two toddlers in the car. Not sure what's wrong with him but definitely wouldn't call Ray K's

I called AAA and requested a towing assistance through the app. I had to wait for over 3 hours for someone to show up until I couldn't wait anymore. No communication whatsoever from them for the 2 hours past the initial ETA that was shared on the AAA app. They wasted 2 hours of my work day and didn't have any regards for my well-being and for my customer satisfaction.

Elias & Maynor were awesome. I needed a car hauled from Natick to New Bedford and I called around. Most places couldn't do it for at least a day or two. Elias got Maynor to pick up my car in 40 minutes! Took it right down to New Bedford faster than I got down there lol. He put the car exactly where I needed it. All for about half of what everyone else was charging. Call NO ONE else. These guys are the BEST.

This guy was so rude to me they will never get my business!! He told me the tow was $80 simple asked why so much I just got a tow from Canton for $130 he said then go use them wow bad customer service what an attitude!!

After a 2.5 hour wait for a company that never came, Quick call to mercedez roadside and they got Rayk towing and they towed my mercedez sprinter van. Highly reccomend these guys, professional and courteous. Would use these guys in a heartbeat!-benService: Special vehicle towing

The crank on my livestock trailer broke, and I needed it hauled from one barn to another to be repaired. I was in a time crunch at 8 o'clock at night. Another guy came out and said he couldn't do it, other companies weren't answering their phones, someone wanted to charge me $1400 to drive 6 miles. But Ray was there in 20 mins! He was the nicest guy , reasonably priced and extremely accommodating! I'm saving his number-Highly recommend ????????Service: Local hauling

Some of the most professional service I've experienced when dealing with anything vehicle related. The security features on my vehicle made it a difficult job but they showed patience, troubleshooted the issue and figured it out. All of this in the rain in a busy area. Highly recommend.

This is a family business and even though they were incredibly busy, they were the only people who bothered to take a job with our road-side assistance company to come an help.We have a 42' Fifth Wheel RV and unfortunately you can't "just tow" it if there is something wrong with the wheels or axle. In our case, the tire broke off and the Hub Drum and the plate onto which it mounts were pretty much ruined. They got the parts required from a local dealer (RH Scales) and fixed our RV right there in the parking lot. We are required to pay for parts per our road-side contract, so that was pretty much all we had to pay.I would definitely recommend Ray K Towing.
