Love coming here. Customer service is unbelievable compared to other nail salons. They are genuinely nice and upfront about prices. Pedicures are great and I love getting dip too.

My fiancé has been going to Polished Nails for months now. We moved to Ashland last summer and she is happy to have nail salon minutes away that she loves. She goes in for eyebrow waxing, manicures and pedicures. She recommends all these services highly. Today I joined her for a pedicure. The salon is clean, organized and the staff are nice. We’d love to see this salon get more business, they deserve it!

I went with two of my friends, it was a blast. Staff is nice and funny, they were joking with us. They were welcoming. They packed up our feet for the road, and were super understanding of our ticklish feet. It was a nice end to our bad week. Definitely recommend. They did a very nice job in our manicures and pedicures :) Will be back.

1. I booked the appointment with Michael through the booking portal because I read positive reviews. I sit down, Kevin is doing my nails. Unsure why a customer request wasn’t honored if the option is given.
2. I chose the below picture as inspiration, was told it wasn’t possible so I switched to go for wavy lines instead of flowers.
3. We went with a light blue and a green for each hands base and a dark blue for the lines. Halfway doing the nails, the tech realizes the green isn’t working & has to take all the polish off every finger. At this point, 3 people are now working on my hands.
4. I have been sitting in the chair for 1 1/2 hours by the time we get to the final product photo. No one offers any discounts or concessions for the added time, mess ups and straight up mess my hands have.
I’m literally going to a different salon tomorrow to have this removed. I left with blurry lines of the dark blue, stained hands from the dip & an unhappy customer. I’ve never not tipped before but you had various chances to improve the outcome & yet you didn’t. At the end of the day, you work in a customer service industry.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning. Paying full price for this horrible manicure is an insult.

Polished is the best salon. I’ve tried many. The people here make sure their patrons are well cared for. They make sure the nails are perfect. Pricing is reasonable. Recommend to anyone in Ashland or local area.

I have been going to Polished since they opened. Each time I come in, I'm greeted warmly and never have to wait long. My toes/nails always look spectacular when I leave and most of all I enjoy friendly conversation. Thank you, Polished!
