I can’t say enough positive things about this grooming facility. I have two dogs with special/physical needs and Cathy was up for the challenge and took such care while handling my girls. I am so grateful for the time and personal care they were give. Thank you so much.

Pet Pals are able to groom my cat in a quick 10 minutes. It's amazing because he will not put up with it at home! The gentleman that does the grooming is gentle and efficient. Very happy with Pet Pals.

Can I give zero stars ? Left before we even started ! I had explained that my cat is extremely anxious, and to get a full service would need to have gabapentin prescribed by her vet. When I walked in the man told me that he had another dog coming in five minutes. Not even sure how he thought he could bathe, dry and clip nails on a cat in less than 30 min ? Worse yet, upon learning that I had given my cat a small dose of Gabapentin from her vet , he did a dramatic turn and arm raise and said "then I won't take her". The cat was not sedated, she was only calm and may I mentioned that just to give her an oral medication by mouth. I ended up with multiple scratches because she is doesn't react well to being forcefully handled. So I left without a grooming, and they left without three customers as I have three other pets. I'm still in awe by the arrogance of this man who thought he could successfully handle with water etc an over anxious cat with shark claws. Tried to sell me some story about how they can't tell how the cat reacts when stressed if taking medication (isn't that the point of taking something to relax you ?) I would not have put my cat or a handler through the stress that she would feel getting bathed. This is simply ignorance.

I've been bringing my dog here for many years and they always do a great job. This is my first visit in a long time as I've been trying to groom my dog myself at home during the pandemic. He really needed a professional job so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at the groomer I was dismayed to see all three groomers without masks while grooming dogs. When the groomer to work on my dog approached me, I was expecting her to put on her mask, but she did not. When I asked about it, she said they do not wear masks here. I should have been informed of this when I made my appointment. I was so taken aback and tired from working the previous night shift that I did go ahead and leave my dog, but I was very torn and stewed about this all day. In the end I have decided that due to this lack of regard for others (and themselves!) and their poor judgement, I have sadly decided I will need to find another groomer..

This was my first time at Pet Pals and my last. I scheduled an appointment for my two year old yorkie and dropped her off at noon. We planned for me to pick her up over 3 hours later but she still wasn't finished and I had to go back 2 hours later to get her again. I live across town, and went back and forth 3 times because the lady was unprepared. When she was finally finished, her haircut was a mess which she blamed my dog saying she has ‘cow licks’ and that’s why it was uneven. You can clearly see the uneven razor strokes, how her top half was uncut and the bottom was, and her ears were completely jagged at the top. By the time I had finally brought her home, it was 6 hours later.

I have had very positive experiences here getting my cats' nails trimmed. However, on multiple occasions, I have arrived at the location during the listed hours on Google to find the location already closed for the day. If you are not planning on staying open the hours that you have listed, you should probably update these online. This is incredibly frustrating for both me and my pets.

We absolutely love Cathie and her team. Our two dogs Meilyr and Lola see her every two weeks and she is the best. We are so thankful for her since Lola is so anxious. She also is so flexible and awesome with fitting you in. She's the best!!!

I rescued a senior(ish) Shih tzu mix last year in Covid. He is fearful of new people and I am new the area. The entire team at Pet Pals was compassionate, helpful and very good at what they do. Five stars all around
