Booking an appointment with this salon was super easy. The salon itself was smaller and cozy I liked the decorations it was a comfortable environment. The services I got done were a wash, cut, and blow out. When I was getting my hair washed the water kept dripping down my back. The hair stylist and lady at the desk were extremely welcoming and friendly. For my haircut I asked for a trim, layers, and feathery bangs. I brought in 2 reference photos and I told her what I liked from each photo. I think the hair cut looks good, it isn’t exactly what I asked for but it’s still pretty. My hair was frizzy in the front from blow drying it, I feel like the hair cut I got is high maintenance and requires styling to look good because of the layering however I didn’t book an additional styling because that was out of my budget. The appointment was quick it only took 25 minutes. The services I received in total costed $89 + the 25% tip I left which isn’t mandatory I just like to tip small businesses. I added the reference pictures I showed and the haircut I received. Note: I forgot to take a picture of the blowout. Those photos of the haircut are from me restyling it when I got home from the appointment.

I went to MSM dry bar for getting my hair done. Their pricing was very confusing and they added each service separately. Their website says that an up do is $130. I got a half up do which is usually much cheaper to do. They charged me for $50 for a wash and blowout (even though they did not do a blow out and just dried my hair to get them ready for curling), then charged me $40 for curling on top and then an additional $90 for pinning the sides of my hair to the back like a half do. so I ended up paying $180 for about 35 minutes of service for my hair. I think it was unfair of them to charge separately like this And not have one price for an half do. Also my curls did not even hold for a few hours and everything came undone before the evening. I would not recommend using them. I used Dry Bar for my next event who are a lot cheaper and the hair stayed intact the entire day and night and looked great the next day too. Their pricing is very easy and each additional cost actually says "additional" to specify that the cost is an add-on.

My sister had an appointment for a Brazilian blow out today and I tagged along with her, I asked Sara, the stylist if there was any chance she could do a wash, dry, and style for me after my sister and she was able to squeeze me in after my sister and she was so sweet, and accommodating with everything I asked for, I unexpectedly found my new favorite hair stylist. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Will be back!

I had an amazing experience today. Sara was super friendly, and the salon was super cute and clean. She did an awesome job with my Brazilian blowout—my hair is smooth, frizz-free, and was exactly what I wanted, I’ve had these done before from other salons and never left happy but decided to give it one last shot today at this salon, and left happier than I ever expected. Highly recommend checking them out!

Zero stars. Do not ever go here unless you like being charged extra for anything and everything. Posting this so others do not fall into the same trap as we unfortunately did. Hidden fees, ridiculous charges, and being taken advantage of. $50 to blow dry your hair. Yes $50. $40 extra if you want curls, extra $$ for wash and Bobby pins. I’ve gotten over 100 blow outs and never seen someone charge for a wash, blow dry, and curls all separately. This place is a scam. On top of being treated badly. Very rude and unprofessional staff that will charge you and not tell you up front and then play the victim that you are attacking them when you ask why you paid over $100 for a blow out. Unprofessional, nasty, and the worst experience I have had for a blow out or hair salon in my life. Never write bad reviews but this was a must for the way we were charged and spoken to when we checked the receipt and the hidden fees and “add ons”.

Extremely disappointing experience! Called the salon to check the availability, as I don’t have an upfront appointment and the owner asked me to come, and upon arriving at the salon, I was met with the owner, who also serves as the stylist. Initially, she accommodated me and even offered me a seat. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. When I requested a shampoo, I was informed it would cost extra, which I found to be a bit steep. Instead of discussing options or accommodating my request, the owner abruptly suggested I visit another salon. Despite my willingness to give it a try, she seemed disinterested and insisted I leave. This level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented in my salon experiences. I'm baffled by the positive reviews and have since returned to my regular salon, RF, where professionalism is consistently upheld.

Glad I found this place. It was my first time here, had my haircut and blow dry yesterday by Sara. It was quick and love my hair all the time. Sara is very friendly and welcoming. Most of the salons near me close around 5.00 and the best part with this salon is they open until 8.00 pm. Love the timings........
I highly recommend MSM Blow Dry Bar.

Had a wonderful experience— Sara is so sweet and does a beautiful job. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and did a great job on my hair. I will definitely be back, she is a local treasure!
