They had pre-scouted the destination to ensure that they brought the appropriate truck to navigate the curved driveway, and looked at the path from the driveway to the bulkhead, etc., so that moving day was seamless.

On moving day, they arrived right when expected and were great. They kept the washer + dryer/their platforms well cushioned, and moved them with care to the destination location.

Similarly, they were truly a well-oiled machine, loading their truck with items that needed to move from the W/D destination to our current home. They were undeterred by the variety of item sizes and were equally deft at unloading the truck toward the end of the move.

We cannot overstate how terrific Santos was to work with, from our initial communications with Jessica, all the way through the move itself.”
