We have been going here since we moved to Ashland. Honest work and will they let you know if there is an alternative option to save money. We have brought all three of our cars there for various stuff and its always been completed as quoted within the time promised.

Don't go there if you like to follow the norm of first come first serve. They will get random cars in to check tire pressure and waste your time. Find some other place...

Anthony & his team are the best! They get back to me so quickly, are very thorough in finding out what’s going on with my vehicle, and helpful in explaining my options. I know nothing about cars but I am confident in their advice. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I bring all my cars here for state inspections. Anthony and his crew are very efficient and get things done in a timely manner. They do an honest sticker and have never tried to upsell me. They are always a pleasure to talk to. I refer everyone to get their sticker here.

Got my car inspected 1/2024 at Marathon Auto (connected to the Mobil station). Took it somewhere else in town for an oil change today and the mechanic told me my car has a very loose tirerod (they were surprised it passed) and has rotted oil and transmission pans. No mention of this whatsoever at Marathon, and they failed to mention or replace my missing rear wiper during the inspection.Not thorough service and they clearly don't care about your safety. I called to speak with Anthony and a disrespectful argument ensued as he refused to take any responsibility for his team's poor attentiveness to my safety and the quality of their work. He instead blamed me for driving through potholes but I've been home sick for a week not driving. It's only been a week. Anthony had a serious temper issue on the phone that has made me feel unsafe to go here again.I wish the owner has d been more cordial on the phone because this could have been a lifelong customer. Instead, Anthony accused me of making these issues myself after the inspection.We will see what the cameras have to say.

This Marathon Mobile is the best! The current owners Anthony and Alison are amazing. They have exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for their customers. Both the store and auto body shop offer reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely the best place to get your car fixed.Once you bring your car here you will never go anywhere else!Customer service 5/5, Prices 5/5, Services 5/5, Gas & food 5/5.
