My shopping experience wasn’t the best. The aisles are completely too close to each other the case and where they keep the meat smells horrible. There’s a location by the deli and the milk and when I went to grab milk, it smelt like something died. I am a frequent flyer at Market Basket to all different locations in this location has by far been the worst. The cash out experience was trash the cashier Lexiannie monroy and the boy that was bagging for her at 1:56pm on 9/22/24 couldn't follow simple instructions of making the bags as heavy as possible but To please put all the heavy stuff not in the paper bags. Repeated myself so many times to the point I started to help bag. Throughout to process I remain pleasant. Lastly this was the very first time I left market basket with 2 carts and there wasn’t an offer to help me push the cart to the car. Very very disappointing

The store is clean, the cashier is efficient, and the bagger absolutely hates his job. Our frozen items were evenly mixed and matched with room temp ones, and by the time we got home after 20mins, the frozen blueberries had all thawed, and the fresh vegetables in the same bag had parts frozen. We also greeted him twice and he just flat out ignored our existence.
We'd happily bag our own groceries. Is there an option to ask the bagger to step aside, take a break and let us put the frozen items in the same bag by ourselves?

average Market Basket, but not quite as good of selection or as consistent a stocking. oddly all of the store-brand sodas and seltzers are in a different location entirely from the rest of such items. however, I will note that all of their sodas are quite comparable to namebrand. And so are almost everything that are store brand in their stores.

I will not shop in this store anymore, my $500 in food stamps can go to a store that don't make you feel like your stupid. The issue I had just last week with this store is way to much to type in this review...
The people that work there should be ashamed of themselves when they try to make you look stupid and they are wrong..

I've been living in Framingham for 14 yrs and always went to the Stop and Shop nearby. Well I got a gift card for Christmas for Market Basket and was so pleased with my visit. Their variety of products are wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable. A sales person with a suit coat gave me a cart when I first came in. I was blown away, I actually had fun grocery shopping. Just one thing, get there early because this place is very popular and I can see why.
