Hello folks at Jamie Oil -We wanted to let you guys know you have a good one in Bill your electrician.Very professional and courteous.He did a great job of quickly troubleshooting the problem (which proved to be tricky) and kept us in the loop with explanations of what he suspected caused the problem.Once he finished his analysis, he explained the fix options and wasted no time in correcting the problem, put it all back together, and had us verify everything worked as expected Another great job by the Jamie crew.Thank You - and very much appreciated !

I would not recommend anyone do business with Jamie Oil. They will charge you numerous erroneous fees/double bill you and only after you argue with them for months, will they reverse all of those fees they never should have charged in the first place.They will insist on cutting you off for other services if you do not retain them for oil delivery. They will charge you $200 for a disconnect you did not ask for and when they confiscate your full propane tank with minimal notice, you will not get a credit for the remaining fuel it had that you previously bought.

Jamie Oil really helped me out in a crucial situation with no heat, and winter approaching. The entire staff from the call center to the technicians are awesome. They really show they care about their customers.Jose is THE BEST!!!He is very smart, professional, and REALLY PRECISE.He takes great pride in his work, and is amazingly talented.If you have an issue, and Jose shows up, YOU ARE ALL SET!HE WILL FIX IT!Jamie Oil and JOSE get my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!Jason L.

Just bought a my house last month. I received a welcome card from one of their sales person “ we’ve serviced your home in the past”. So I decided to call. The sales person was awesome at his job. I signed the contract he sent me, right away. Next thing i know. This very rude woman from the office calls me. Pushing me for a credit check which I eventually agreed to. Then she wants my credit card on file to charge upfront for any delivery made to my house. Because she decided my credit is not good enough for her. Also Thanks for telling me, you’re not the right company to service my home. Im going to agree with you on that.

Had a great system installed & It was done fast. A great team of guys installed it. It works great.Aside from ratting pipes when we need hot water. Apparently rattling pipes is part of a normal install??They sent out a technician to look at it under the warranty period. I assuming it was from the new boiler. Since I never had rattling pipes before it was installed. Technician said its fine & I needed to add something to stop the pipes from rattling.Then charged me for the site visit. I was not notified ahead of time that I would be charged for a service call / site visit.They never sent me an estimate for the parts that need to be added & installed. Just an invoice.I didn't have rattling pipes before the install. Apparently this is part of a standard install & the rattling pipes is "normal".My soldiered joints rattle when we use the hot water. These pipes are not meant to move around continuously, multiple times a day. This rattling is taking the life away from the soldiered joints. The integrity of the soldier will fail sooner than its life expectancy. Eventually it will lead to a leak and /or a pipe burst at the joint.I'm NOT convinced this is a "normal" installation. Since it didn't do it before the new install. And I know it will ruin the expected life of the soldier.Besides not getting an estimate, that I'm being charged for& the rattling pipes. Everything else went well.I feel, I was not given proper notice that charges maybe applied before the visit. Something that states I would be charged for an estimate/ site visit.Shouldn't this be told to customers when they call into the office or even during the initial greeting??Maybe in the future present a cost authorization form to be signed during the greeting. Before the technician looks at anything. This might be a good procedure, you could incorporate into your business practices.

purchased a house 3 years ago new Beckett furnace was installed by Jamie oil tag on the burner.So I called them to see if I could set up annual service.But since I hadn’t bought oil from them, they refused to even talk to me. Great way to get new customers.Don’t waste your time there’s better choices.

We have worked with Jamie Oil for over a decade and have always had excellent service. Today was no exception! Bill and the rest of the crew replaced our original-to-the-house boiler with a new Buderus model. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our space without a trace of their labors. I would never hesitate to recommend this company.

We used Jamie oil to replace our old AC to a central heat pump. We have used them before for some duct work as well as replacing our oil tank both of which have been great. It was a great experience again with the heat pump installation. From getting the quote from Mike to the installation performed by Dario, Jose and Rob. The installation crew was friendly and answered all my questions. Our new system looks and works amazing. Would definitely recommend Jamie oil to anyone in Metrowest area looking for oil, furnace or HVAC work.

Jamie Oil's Dave G. and Francisco recently installed two new oil tanks in my house, which are a big improvement over my old ones. The men were quick, efficient, pleasant and tidy. The old oil tanks were removed without any mess, too.

Dave and Bill were fantastic. Not only were they good workers, did a fantastic job, but also were so kind towards me. I hated to see them leave, just the most wonderful men I have had the pleasure to meet. Hope I run into them again. Must also say that the were done so fast I was amazed. I am so very happy.

Terrible service. I used them once in the past for servicing on my heating system and they charged me near $200 for 10 minutes of service and they did not even fix it. I did not leave a review for it but recently got reminded how bad they were when I saw a repair truck of theirs with the rear door open while they were driving. It was flapping around and stuff falling out of the truck into the road into traffic. If they can't even shut a door can they fix a heating system? Something tells me I am not the only one that notices their poor service. I will never use them again.

Jamie Oil has been our heating oil dealer for many years, and they have always been reliable and prompt. But they really shined this past Sunday when our old hot water heater began leaking badly. I left a message with their answering service, and someone from Jamie called me back 7:15 Monday morning. By 9:30 am, a technician was at the house with a replacement tank, and the installation was complete several hours later. My wife and I are both experiencing medical issues, and it would have been very difficult if we would have had to wait days on end for this repair. Thank you, Jamie Oil!
