“Very nice hotel to stay in, large rooms, swimming pool, gym and the breakfast is in large portions, laundry room is way on the ground floor away from the rooms so u can do your laundry at freaking 3am in the morning and yes they do sell laundry detergent, so no need of hauling your gallon of gain everywhere ladies.... (FYI.... pics are dark coz I arrived at 4am in the morning and was too tired to switch the lights on...can you believe that!!!!)Rooms: Decent sized rooms....Safety: 100% safe...Food & drinks: Breakfast is a blast....”

“One of the best hotel I have stayed in after the COVID. I have arrived at 10am at the hotel checking time was 3,pm there was no problem checking in 4 hours early. My room was clean and small fresh also bathroom was spotless. I did not use gym but breakfast was so good and the leady was was working in the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.”

“We’ve stayed here a couple times, most recently over the Christmas break for 2 nights while visiting relatives. It is clean with a convenient location and the free breakfast was a nice surprise, with a nicely-sized dining area and plenty of food options.The front desk staff was very nice, helping to ensure very efficient check-in and check-out processes.The hotel is also pet-friendly - we brought our dog with us - with a bowl of free dog treats in the lobby.My only complaint was with the plumbing, as we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed due to a running toilet in the room next door.”
“We used the Sonesta Boston/Milford for our room block for our 10/28 wedding for two nights (10/27 & 10/28). The hotel was very accommodating of guests, clean and affordable. We used the conference room for hair and make up morning of the wedding, for the after party in the evening, and the following morning for a farewell breakfast. All went well and the staff/food was wonderful!”

Not to far from getting to boston whether you drive Uber bus or train .Dana is always so helpful with directions ! Everyone there is always good with questions and the rooms are a perfect size and cozy.”

“Pool - The pool water was cloudy and a few days later my daughter got sick. The water was freezing cold, and when I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they seem confused and did not know what to do. I asked if they could contact maintenance but they didn’t. The surface around the pool was slippery with chipping, paint and holes. One child with me fell and skinned her knee.Guests- At the pool were incredibly rude. They were smoking pot right in front of the other children which made the entire pool area stink.I was too horrified to even use the room so we left after using the pool.”

“What a fantastic stay! I came to stay a couple days while visiting my daughter for Christmas. My stay here started with a warm greeting from Ted. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, even comping Starbucks coffee. Next was Kim, who was also incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Maritza from the restaurant went out of her way to help me, as well! Lynn, the manager was also amazing and made sure everything was top notch. Everybody was so helpful and made my hectic Christmas stay wonderful! They even had a wrapping station! Can you believe it? They had everything necessary to wrap several gifts ( with a wide assortment of wrapping paper). Absolutely wonderful! I was able to wrap my daughter’s presents in a very convenient location and festive atmosphere. Thank you, Ted. Kim, Maritza and Lynn for being so hospitable and absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay here whenever I come visit my daughter!”

“I’ve at Marriotts for the past 10+years and I’m grateful that they added Sheraton as part of the SPG/Bonvoy family because I’ve recently experienced FAR superior service and stats at Sheratons, including this one.Neveem is one of the most kindest and genuine people I have ever met, not just in the hospitality industry, but overall! She gave the warmest welcome and expressed gratitude for my status with Marriott, upgraded my room without request, and made sure that everything was going well with my stay after check-in. I wish there were more people like her running Marriotts!Later in the evening, I realized I didn't have my phone charger with me and needed a full charge for travel the next day and another agent, Michelle, went out of her way to find a charger for me to use for the evening.For dining at the hotel:Crystal took care of us at dinner, which was delish (compliments to the chef!), and she was on top of everything, tried her best to find us the Celtics game on TV, and did everything with a smile on her face!At breakfast, Juan was kind and courteous and took very good care of us!I recommend that for Bonvoy hotels that struggle with customer service, send your folks to the team at Sheraton Framingham to learn what authentic and quality customer service is and how to deliver it!Rooms: Rooms were classic and cozySafety: Felt very safe the entire timeFood & drinks: Great beer selection and food was incredible!”

“I stayed at this hotel in June for six days, had a wonderful experience. I just stayed there again recently (September) for another six days and encountered the same staff who were very professional, met all my needs, and worked very hard to please. Would like to specifically mention the Front Desk folks-Deseri and Zuleine who work long hours and always have a great attitude, especially friendly and welcoming. Chester the Manager was great to talk with, very friendly and doing a great job at this hotel. The free full breakfast was wonderful and the staff were constantly re-filling all the food and beverages and constantly wiping counters so it always looked very inviting. I am looking forward to my next visit to Residence Inn Framingham and highly recommend this hotel, the location was close to Mass Turnpike and 495 which makes it a great starting point to go everywhere.Rooms: Although it is an older hotel, I have been there three times over the years and have never had any problem with my spacious room or accommodations.”

“I have photographed a few weddings here and it is an absolute gem. The grounds are truly amazing with unending options for stunning photography locations.
