“The hotel staff that checked us in on Thursday (10/24) around 7am were absolutely wonderful! After traveling across the country we thought we wouldn’t be able to check in until late afternoon. The young gentleman and lady who were working that morning made it happen!! The staff also accommodated our late checkout. The vibe in the hotel is unique and cool. Would definitely stay again!

“This hotel is beautiful and updated. Very clean and a susper spacious room. We were traveling with our twin toddlers and not only did they provide pack and plays but it was so well made up! All of the staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great central location. Just a skip away from some of must visits when I'm in the Framingham/Natick area.”

“The off-site hotel is NOT connected & carts were broke. That is the Only negative thing we have to say about this Ahhhhh_Mazing little Inn.We were greeted by the friendliest front desk human in many Inn switches.Even with a wedding that we were not part of, our service and interactions were always met with happy eyes and friendly voices no matter who was attending the desk.Nearby activities: Concord, where Jo Marche changed my life.Boston, what's not there? Not needed, if its nawt.I'm sure there are a ton of amazing activities that we missed.Noteworthy details: Most staff members went above and beyond for us. Even a weird random mishap was met with so many apologies, we felt this important and out of so many hotels character these days we hope it never changes.Jenene (I hope I spelled your name correctly) Thank you for being an incredible human. “Always worth coming here! The front desk girls are AMAZING. very patient and professional. Shirley should be a manager here because she knows how to fix any problem i have etc. Nikki is also great and very friendly and reliable. If it were not for the new mattresses and clean rooms and professional and friendly customer service this place would be like any other but it feels like a 5 star hotel because of these things.”

“Courtyard is my go-to hotel whenever I am in Marlborough. The location is excellent with convenient access to I-495, I-290 & I-90. Not only is it an easy drive to downtown Boston, it is also very easy to get to Worcester, Providence and Manchester from this location.However, this isn't just a hotel in a favorable location. Their staff is amazing. Jenn and Hailey at the front desk always greet me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. I feel like I am staying with friends. This hotel is always clean and the grounds are well maintained. I sense the staff here genuinely cares about their guest and strives to make my stay here the best.The only downside here is temporary, as this hotel is currently being renovated which should be completed soon. But, there is an upside to this as well...last time I stayed in a brand new room! The furniture was new, the shower was new, the bed was new, the air conditioner was new, the sink was new and the room even smelled "new". My last stay was a really nice experience as I enjoyed all the "new" very much.I highly recommend the Courtyard Marlborough for both a short term or a long term home away from home.Rooms: Brand new guestrooms!Fully renovated with tasteful/functional furnishings.Walk-in showers.”

“Quality product at a very reasonable price. Room was clean and the beds and pillows were great. Breakfast is hot (eggs, sausage, French toast Stix) and changes daily. Also cereal, breads, oatmeal, yogurt, and juices. It snowed and they had the Parking lot cleared that morning. The pool was open and they have a workout room plus guest laundry facilities. Plenty of power outlets in the room and bedside. Nice chair and working desk with a dedicated task light.Will stay here again when I'm back in town.Walkability: There's a nice pub with good food almost in the parking lot.”

“When I tell you that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I say this with pride. Genuinely incredible staff, very attentive and helpful, the person who worked the night of our check in date was super friendly and courteous, sadly forgot to get her name but she was awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've had in a standard hotel, full on scrambled eggs with bacon/sausage, little triangle potato things, pancakes, bagels, cereal, this is what breakfast should be like in every place. They had a gorgeous pool, which sadly we couldn't use due to just not having our swimming attire/it being the middle of October, but it looked clean as anything. Our room had a balcony area, was extremely clean, chargers above the bed, a heat lamp in the bathroom, which my girlfriend, now fiancé since I proposed during my time in this area, absolutely loved. Oh yeah, plus my girlfriend and I got engaged here, I was super nervous, but they made us feel like we were at home. This is a fantastic hotel, old school sure, but none the less, if we end up taking another trip to Salem, this will be our hotel of choice. No questions asked. Sure its about an hour away, but I'd rather drive a bit and stay at a place I know will be a fantastic stay. I say this with over 4 years of hospitality under my belt, amazing hotel.”

“Awesome place to stay with family and friends friendly customer service they will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The staff is very nice from the maintenance man to all the maids and the manament great job. I will tell all our friends and family that the ESA on east main Street in westboro ma is the best place to stay for a nite or a week. It has a full kitchen and lots and lots of room great place and you have everything you need just down the street A+And it's nice and warm and clean the staff goes out of there way to make your stay comfortable ? very clean . And the maintenance here is grade A the staff takes pride in this place . Off 495 n or s Route 9 west app 3 miles on right you will see the signs for east main Street turn rite when you see the chatau sign we are your 3rd left 180 east main Street. Come on in very cozy inside and outside.it doesn't matter winter, spring, summer or fall you will love it here. And like I said the staff here is. Great. All you need is one mile down the road from stop and shop to any restaurant you choose so come on in and stay and ask for Tony or Andrew,Evan,they will HELP you get what,ever you may need so come on over. Guests are very friendly and there is a handful of us that live here and we will help if you have any questions or need directions to some place.Managment very strict when it comes to Smoking any thing in the rooms and it's not right for others around you in the hotel to have to smell it weed or cigarettes. Then there is a fine from the hotel and go outside to your car or were smoking area's out front or out back. There are first responders staying at the hotel and nurses stay here to during the pandemic so some sleep during the day and others at night so be kind to the people around you . No tolerance at all any kind of parties drugs of any kind . We been here for a year we are Disabled we like it here staff I can't say anymore they will help you what ever your needs are.the 5 people who run this tight ship are wonderful they are Tony, Evan, Andrew, Nelon, and Steve, Diane they have proven them selves over and over it's always clean covid ready for you to relax and stay safe and stay a while.now we have people who live here and have taken over the back porch they are rude and when you walk by them they talk about you. They come down at 630 am and go back to their room 11pm or sit in the living room and get in the way of other quests. They invite people they know . It's gotten out of control know on else can sit out there it's there spot no one will take care of this . Pot smoking in and outside rite out side the crap smells you have to shut your windows. I'm sorry for anyone who stayed here and had to deal with this nonsense. It was a good place to stay. I can't say why people come here and do the wrong things and the police coming here all the time but they have a job to do also yes they are short staffed.yes it's has gotten out of hand. I treat this place like it's my home can't stress enough that when someone cleans the parking lot or clean the doors Handel's ,glass the carts I use bleach and water on all doors Handel's carts I live here and a lot other people. You would think that someone can say can I help you no one but they live here and think they own it .slobs not all of them but they know who they are.But life goes on still waiting for housing to call.i like some of the people who works here tony Evan Diane they are short staffed I try to help them like vaccum the halls or clean the sitting room but that is for gessts some of the people whom live here live in it they are the messyest people don't wAnt to see there roomsNoteworthy details: As you know that MA has a high volume of migrants there are about 60 migrants living in the hotel and about half are not nice people. Another about this hotel there is one maintenance man very nice great personality he tries to get things done So I will support him and ask what can I help you with. I pick up out side”

“WHAT A DELIGHTFUL STAY!! the young man that checked me late late at night was so sweet and polite. Very professional. The hotel was quiet. Sounded like I was the only one there! You could even hear the hustle and bustle outside. I had wonderful sleep. This may sound ridiculous but Marriott pillows are above the rest. With my chronic neck pain, this truly makes a world of difference. Great job team :)Rooms: Clean and welcomingSafety: As a young woman, I felt completely safe walking in the dark across the parking lot.”
