“New update: the Anytime Fitness in Ashland owner is respectful, polite, and responsive. If the managers at the gym cannot help you try to reach out to him directly. That is what I did and my issues were resolved. Here was the response of the owner for my bad experience."Hi Daniel, sorry to hear of your frustrations. Unfortunately, managers cannot transfer your account manually themselves, it is an automated process thru Anytime Fitness corporate system after 6-8 weeks of usage at another Anytime location the majority of the time, however nothing on your account changes regardless of which club you use. Also, we do warn that the new phone key card system can be glitchy in rare circumstances so we do recommend you use the standard key fob as activating phone key access will deactivate your fob (per the warning during activation process). It seems we have reactivated your key fob and it is working again. Again, sorry for your frustrations but certain things you mentioned are really not within a club."My apologies if I had said something to offend Anytime Fitness. However, because I am an emotional person, that is what I felt when I was seeking for help in the first place.Good job on solving my problem! Anytime Fitness is awesome so far.??️?”
