The service is always outstanding. The people that work there are pleasant and kind and I have confidence that my car is fixed properly. The waiting area is clean with TV, drink and snacks. They also have Wifi so I can get some work done while I wait.

I go here yearly for my inspection sticker & always refer them to my friends. The owner is very pleasant.
This year I got a reject sticker due to tires & 3rd rear brake light out. There was a different person behind the desk who did not even have suggest I purchase these items from them (he was too busy on his cell fone..poor salesman as well).
When I returned after purchasing new tires/light elsewhere for a new sticker..I asked if they could install the light bulb I had purchased. They were going to charge me $10.
I laughed & said all you have to do is screw the bulb & place it back in slot.
This time the owner was present. I was very disappointed with the argument that I received from both the person who originally worked with me (who stated I told him I would buy my own tires..not true) & the owner.
Bottom line the originally drsk person did not do his job by asking me if I would have liked them to replace my tires. Oh well they lost a $869 sale.

Came here for the great reviews needed a simple tire puncture repair. Nice place but they bungled my repair, I asked for a patch but they started out doing a plug. When I asked why they then switched to a patch. Assured me that it’ll be great for the life of the tire! 6 hours later I was back in the shop with a flat tire again because the patch was leaking. The second time they didn’t even take the tire off the wheel. They told me it was a patch (done with the wheel on) but I have no idea what they actually did because they wouldn’t let me see the job being done. I was also told when a patch is done (vs plug), it’s more expensive because the wheel is taken off, tire removed, patched, wheel rebalanced and then re-mounted. How can do all that without taking the wheel off the car?

Worth the ride! Professional explanation of services & work preformed. Awesome massage chair in waiting room as well as coffee, popcorn etc. Very clean & relaxing. Unlike any other garage I’ve been too. I Highly recommend them!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the accountability of my recent experience. I had my oil changed and the next day my heat shield fell down & was dragging while on the highway. I contacted Framingham Tire in which I was told it 'might not be our fault - we need to look at the vehicle to assess' which I don't agree with, but can understand. I am on the road 5 days a week, so it needed to be looked at ASAP such that I don't lose more time away from work. I explained this, but I was told to bring it in 2 days. Unacceptable! It was clearly due to the oil change in which I was told for my vehicle, it is uncommon to have to remove the heat shield. It absolutely needs to be moved to get to the filter.
I bring all 4 of my vehicles here (12 oil changes/year), but never again! This could have been rectified if customer service accepted responsibility and suggested I come in immediately!

Don’t go there .was recommended by a friend my to drop my sprinter van to Framingham auto shop (Ashland)the DEF light was on and they said to fix was 3.600 I said yes ,after on week they called me and said the van was ready,I went there pick the van soon I get there I saw everything was the same ,than I spoke with Eric he said they forget to reset the computer.
After 10 minutes he said I was all set ,I drove for 30 minutes the light pops up again, drove back and left the van there ,he charged me 200 dollars to reset the computer I paid and he said I had to drive the van for 100 miles to clear the code ,I fallow buy nothing changes than he ask me to drop the van again I did ,I was called him every week to ask update and always he use the same words (waiting for the guys come in to re gene the system)but I was waiting 4 months and nothing changes.
So after all I took the van out there and dropped to a dealership (Mercedes)looks like all get resolve after they charge me another 6.500.00
So that was my experience with them .Terrible,disappointing and disaster.

These guys are great! Eric is the owner and always greets me with a smile. The waiting area is very comfortable with oodles of snacks and coffee, tv and comfy couches. Let me not forget Angel, who always makes time to answer my car issues. Most mechanics don’t take that much time on the phone to explain things to you. He is knowledgeable and a good guy. Thanks guys. Hopefully I don’t have to visit you often but if need be the drive is worth it! Wish you all the best!
