Poorly maintained equipment throughout. Vacuum heads fall off the hoses & the carpet shampoo machine hoses have been taped up so many times that they’re nearly entirely made of tape now.
With how busy this place always is, it’s hard to imagine they’re not pulling in enough cash to fix these problems.

As someone who has been a loyal customer for over 15 years, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Fitzys yesterday. Unfortunately, the service I received was far below the standard I have come to expect. Upon arrival I saw a young man leave the office after the bell rang which indicated a customer arrived. This young man, who appeared to be more interested in his personal entertainment than assisting customers seemed upset he had a customer. He was wearing headphones and did not acknowledge my presence until I asked he remove them to have a conversation.
This immediately set a negative tone for the rest of the interaction with him and he immediately got defensive telling me it’s too early for this along with many other rude comments. As a fellow business owner, I understand the challenges of finding reliable staff. However, when employees exhibit such blatant disregard for customer service and professionalism, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I write this review not out of spite, but with the hope that it will prompt necessary improvements within your team. I know the owner takes pride in his business as I see him there often with no issues but it's clear that there are issues that need to be addressed regarding the conduct of this employee.In the future, I hope to see a change in the way customers are treated at Fitzys as I would hate to see such a reputable establishment suffer due to the actions of a few individuals. I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner and will consider removing this review if I’m able. I tried locating an email on your site but unfortunately this was my only option. I would be happy to meet and review the situation and the damage to my rim caused by a passive aggressive employee situation. Until then $20 a week goes to the car wash down the road in holliston. It’s worth the commute for now.

Best place to wash your car. They always have nice new brushes that won't damage your car. The soap is very foamy and goes a long way! Your car will have a spa day here for sure! You can't beat the price. They have great equipment and the place is super clean and safe.

Great prices, my black SUV always comes out spotless as they have top notch air blowers. Self service bays are well maintained as are the vacs.
