I have visited this store many times in past couple of years to ask if they have propane gas cylinder. All the times, the very quick response is - "NO". Is that gas cylinder cage outside just for nothing? or the employees are just too lazy to walk outside and exchange one with you? At least I get that feeling with the manner they respond.

There is always a mess in this store! There is also one employee in particular that is constantly outside smoking. He comes in when he sees you at the register and smells of smoke so bad! Therefore everything of yours that he touches also smells like smoke.

I am a resident of Ashland, and Family Dollar is definately the "too go store" for just about everything. The store has had a fast turnover of help, but everyone they have hired has always been so kind and helpful in all they do. I have to put a "shout out " for Teresa, she is very accommadating, professional and goes above and beyond to help people, she excels at all she does, and is surely an asset to our wonderful Ashland store, always a joy to see her smiling face. Keep this place going we need this store in our little town.
