Horrible customer service. I needed my car inspected- which they did. Needless to say my Honda did not pass- as I was told it had something to do with the electronics after replacing my battery. I was told I had 60 days and should drive it on the highway some and bring it back. I did just as was told- I drove it for 30 days, with much more highway driving. After returning again to have it rechecked it still did not pass. I was told I should drive it more and it was a Honda issue and good luck. When I tried to ask other questions- I was told I was wasting his time.

I have had many positive experiences with Exxcel! I get my inspection there annually.I’ve had breaks, oil changes, and battery replacement done there too. I believe the prices to be extremely reasonable. I don’t feel like I’m being “sold” things that I do not need. Everything is explained to me so that I know what’s up and why.I don’t live too far from the shop and they went above and beyond by bringing me back home, and picking me up, when my car was ready. I was so appreciative of the added service.

Have been going to Bob and Eddy for years and they have always provided excellent service, advice, and are very reasonably priced. Recently purchased used vehicle from them and quite pleased with their service all around.

DO NOT GO FOR MASS INSPECTION IF YOU OWN TESLA OR LUXURY VEHICLE!!
I have been going to this gas station and took my previous car for inspection for 2 years. I took my Tesla recently for MA inspection and notice something off with my seat belt. I only asked if something happened during inspection and request if he can take a look. The owner was so rude and start saying you have to go to manufacture, it’s not my problem. I only asked you are a mechanic and you can see if something popped out of place or something is wrong. Same response from him it’s not my problem. He is no mechanic by any standards and such poor manners and do not know how to speak with customers. Do not trust your vehicle with this shop and such a scam mechanic.

Worse place for inspection. I asked why it failed and they said we could fix or take to a mechanic. He also said they do not make any money on inspection so they fail a lot to try to make money on fake repairs.

Went for a car inspection, they were very friendly, and very fast. The inspection itself was like 10 minutes. Amazing service, May God bless everyone they are great!

Usually priced lower than surrounding gas stations. Discounted gas if you pay cash in advance (5¢/gallon). Free bottle of Poland Spring or a coffee with fill-up (min 8 gallons). Plus the staff is always nice and smiling. They do have a small restaurant inside that seems to be pretty much a takeout place. I've never eaten from there but I do see people coming through to get food.
