BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH!I signed an agreement 3 months ago for $79/month. Today, I realized that after 2 months, they upped my rent to $161/month.The reason why I even came here a few months ago is they took over the Life Storage in Wakefield and immediately doubled my rent there, even though I had been there for many years.These people are absolute crooks. Not only that, my unit here flooded about 30 days in.I never leave reviews, ever, but this place is unethical, so hopefully I can save others from being scammed as well.

It was so easy to rent, I did everything on line and didn’t need to see anybody, quem I get into my storage next day it was just fine. The app helps a lot with everything. I recommend it for sure.

Andrew has been such a help to me. When I first rented I had a difficult time with opening my unit. I asked Andrew to help me and he had me try the lock again and I got right in. He came back later to make sure everything was ok. Recently I have been having a difficulty with my bill and he went above and beyond to help me. You hardly get service like that anymore. I also worked with Brad one time and he helped me answering all my questions. Thank you Andrew and Brad! I would refer anyone to you!!

Nice facility. I used it to store my vehicle for a month while I was out of town. Move in and Move out was very easy. Facility manager was nice and helpful.
