Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. Rx was returned to stock because I didn’t pick it up in time. Tech then argued with me that it was refill too soon. I asked for a print out of my Rx history and that even said I last picked it up 3 MONTHS ago! She still argued with me and said I should call my insurance…ask for the pharmacist and he was baffled on why she said it was refill too soon. He filled it for me right away. Pharmacy staff needs to be retrained. Them spouting off wrong information can lead to harmful consequences to patients!!

The person at checkout was so helpful and patient with all of the coupons I had to use. It was great to have him help me save as much money as possible. He was also very friendly:)!

Texts don't list any cutoff time for meds. Pharmacy needs to update text messages to include TIME since apparently does not available the entire last day of pickup.

I went in to get a couple of items. I’m always a very pleasant person and realize it’s challenging to be in customer service but I also expect that any rep should be kind to those they are serving . I noticed the cashier had an attitude with the woman in front of me, the store was very quiet so there was no rush or stress . When I approached the counter and got rung up I asked if I had a 10.00 voucher on my account . She was extremely rude and said “I have no idea, is this your only account number “ as she was shaking her head and expressing extreme frustration . I told her she should work on her customer service skills and she started arguing that she didn’t have an attitude but was getting one now that I pointed it out . I was gracious and said thank you prior to leaving but I will definitely not go to this location often now. It’s too bad that one persons attitude can affect a whole store . Perhaps she should think about a career where she will not have to be kind to others . Of note, the store is very clean and organized . I’ve never had a complaint until today .

Mostb9f the staff in this Pharmacy are very rude, disrespective, give wrong info. I can go on & on. I decided to rate this Pharmacy because of extreme frustration & disappointment.

Make sure you can prove to these useless pharmacists when you last filled any prescriptions because they will look you dead in the eyes and flat out lie to you about the last refill date. Also just a little criticism shouldn’t make them act like petulant children. Just a bunch of incompetent rude toddlers running that place. Cvs should restaff this place with cardboard cutouts of people at least they won’t lie to you and others.

This is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacists are simply incompetent. The one message I want everyone to hear is COUNT YOUR PILLS BEFORE LEAVING THE PHARMACY! Do it right in front of them, so they know it's no joke. Think of the 100's of prescriptions they fill a day. Narcotics and stimulants. Skim a few off each script, sell them, walk away with at least an extra thousand a week in their pocket. Don't be fooled, it has happened, it continues to happen. No matter what pharmacy you go to, COUNT YOUR PILLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

If this store could get a negative star I wish we could give it to them.I highly advise that you go across the street to Walgreens, where you will find employees who are more than willing to help you out with a simple question. This CVS has the absolute worst employees, from the counter attendant to the pharmacist you will not find an employee willing to even help you with the smallest request.Good luck getting any help from the pharmacist half the time they don't speak English and if they can they won't help you. Don't try calling the pharmacy to try to find somebody who speaks English to get your prescription in because they will be extremely rude and ask why you're even calling. After reading all the reviews I don't even understand how this store is still open.
