Breanna helped me through choosing the right option by considering the style we wanted and our price point/budget. Throughout the decision making period, she continued to respond quickly to my questions. Additionally, after receiving our rugs, she helped facilitate minor corrections to the cuts of the rugs with a quick turnaround. “I recently had two of my rugs cleaned. I purchased these rugs from Dover Rug. However, I did not have to have them cleaned at Dover Rug. I chose to do so as I had a positive experience in 2020 when I purchased the rugs. I called the Natick store in the morning, spoke to Sachin and a pick-up was scheduled for that same afternoon. I did receive a cost estimate at this time. When it was time for the pick-up, I received a text and phone call with notification that the guys were on their way and would arrive soon. After a week, the same process took place when the clean rugs were delivered back to my home.
When it was time to place the rugs down on the floor, the guys took their time making sure that they had reversed the direction of the rugs, and the rugs were placed exactly where I wanted them to be with my furniture moved back in place. I received the exact pricing at time of pick-up. The cost was reasonable and terrific value for the service I received. Service that included a prompt pick-up, cleaning, delivery, and proper placement. I asked if they could re-connect the pieces of my sectional couch which was completed in moments.
During both visits, the Dover Rug team were professional, efficient, punctual, and the price was more than fair and terrific value for what was done. Without my asking, the guys took their shoes off at my front door. What more could I ask for?

“I purchased luxury vinyl planks from Post Road Carpet and had them install them in my kitchen and dining room! Quality product, and the installation was superb! Chris and his crew were outstanding, checking in with me during the installation process to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Each day, they cleaned up, making sure to leave the area useable. Had Chris come back for a couple of minor details, which he did promptly. Dawn, the salesperson, was a pleasure to work with, no "high pressure," let me take my time, and really knew the various products that I was considering. I could not be happier with this whole process or with the final product! This establishment is a dream to work with, and I will be visiting them in the Spring to look at carpeting for my family room!Two months later, and I am still loving this floor! Every time I walk into either room, I smile and think, "Why did I wait so long?" Maybe because I was searching for the perfect flooring, and now I've found it! The floor looks just as excellent as the day it was installed, and is super easy to care for. The cork backing on this floor makes it very comfortable to walk on, and it's warm, too (part of the floor is over a cold garage). Not slippery at all if it gets wet. Can't wait to start shopping for new carpeting at Post Road Carpet!”
