The branch manager, Jennifer Curley, has been nothing short of AMAZING when it comes to my customer needs. Jennifer and her employees go above and beyond to always make sure my experience in the bank is pleasant, she is very responsive to all of my questions, and always gives me a concise response. I give Jenn and her team the highest recommendation possible, and would advise people using other banks in the area to see what TD has to offer.”

“I went to Needham Bank in Ashland today. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome. I had 3 containers of coins to put in their coin machine. They asked if I was a customer and I said I was not. Other than the charge for the coin machine, there was no difference in the treatment. Brittany showed me how to use the machine and then offered to assist. She did more than assist! She poured the coins in, she opened coins that were wrappped and she even had to open the machine to get out a roll that I dropped in. The entire time she was amazing! Pleasant and personable along with being so helpful. If I were staying in Ashland, I would be a customer. Thank you Brittany!”
