Craig was phenomenal to work with. The carpet selection was large and Craig guided us on which carpets would be best for our needs. When things didn’t go as planned, Craig was accommodating and fair. Would definitely recommend Abbey and would use them again.

Working with Abbey Carpet was wonderful. Craig came over and gave us several options to transform our tiled kitchen floor to hardwood, the installers ripped up 3 layers of old flooring and laid down the the new floor which is beautiful. A positive experience all the way around - we're delighted and highly recommend Abbey Carpet!

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. We were helped narrowing down our choice of carpet for the upstairs of our house (daunting to say the least). Still nervous that we had made the right choice, Jillian provided us with some samples to make sure we were happy. Everything was scheduled. The installers arrived on time and worked really quickly. The attention to detail was excellent. To say I am happy is an understatement. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone - and do!!

We enclosed our screened in porch and turned it into a 15x15 four season room. I had originally wanted luxury linoleum because of it is environmentally friendly, natural, and lasts like forever. But as soon as I saw the Karndean natural koa luxury vinyl planks, I knew that was exactly the right floor for our new addition. All it took was literally maybe 3 phone calls to have the area measured, schedule installation and take care of remote payment, then installation, and boom! Done. Everyone from the sales folks, to the installer was so efficient and friendly and helpful. And the floor!! Wow!! Gorgeous!! We will definitely use Abbey again when we get to the remodeling of the rest of the house. They are absolutely awesome!! Thank you, Abbey!!

We put hardwood floors through out our home and carpets the stairs. Very customer friendly and patient.The workers who installed our floor were amazing! No slacking off but we’re all business and installed the hardwood floors beautifully! There were a few construction issues which they solved in a very timely manner. The end product was beautiful! We love our flood now!This is the place for flooring! No doubt!

Loved ...loved Jillian and Craig over at Abbey Carpet. I had carpet installed in my bedroom and I had a little problem and they took care of it immediately. LOVE THAT!! I loved it so much that I immediately decided to have them do my daughter’s room and they made it so easy for me. Super happy with the product ans especially costumer service!

Abby’s did a great job replacing carpets in our home. We had a mix of concrete and tile floors so putting in vinyls was challenging. Abby’s did an impeccable job with flooring and cleaning up afterwards. The people were respectful and everything happened fairly quickly. Also got the most competitive quote for the job. Would highly recommend them.

After trying to get flooring from a larger national company (Luna) where we had wrong orders and no show installers, we decided to use a smaller local company and chose Abby. The customer service and personal care was exactly what we needed. I went to the showroom, picked a carpet in my price range and three weeks later they were installed and beautiful. Jillian and Craig were professional and responsive and the installation crew was efficient and handled the install around our two large dogs with comfort and ease. Abby gave us exactly what we were looking for- excellent customer service at exactly the right price. Using a smaller local company was the way to go!

We just had carpet laid by Abbey and everything about this process was smooth and easy. During the pandemic they were so accommodating in how we could shop and met our needs with that. The came, they measured, they ordered and everything came in fast. They held it until our painting was done and then the installers were great. I am recommending them to our condo board for our carpet needs. You can't go wrong.

I would really advise anyone to reconsider using Abby Carpet & Flooring for their home or property. The damages done by unskilled workers doesn't even do justice to how Craig treated us racially and unprofessionally. His lack of care to what happened is mind boggling. We also had an argument because his workers refused to wear masks while in our home. We are in a pandemic! Please spare yourself time, money, and future damages and go with another business.

I have been going to Abbey Carpet for a few years now and I am relieved to find a flooring company that provides amazing customer service and quality product. The owner and his staff are extremely professional, helpful and responsive. The quality of the installations are just top notch and we will continue to use Abbey Carpet for all of our flooring projects. I highly recommend them.
