I’ve been working with Tom for the last 2 weeks trying to get an appointment set up. First off, he didn’t have the current Board of Health contact information which is easily available on the town’s website (not a huge deal, but I’m paying you to do a job, I shouldn’t be the one doing the leg work). He also needed the previous title 5 map. It took a week to get the title 5 map and another week to get a meeting with the Board of Health so I could get the inspection scheduled. When I called Tom in their office, he started explaining the fee information FOR THE WRONG TOWN! I finally stated that I did not live in the town he was naming and stated the correct town. Suddenly, he started listing a $250 fee to the county that he said needed to go on his credit card, and that I would need to reimburse him before I could schedule the inspection. I told him I would call him back and asked the Board of Health what they needed. The town requires a $100 fee and said that there was not a fee that was owed to the county, and that they didn’t know what he was talking about. Stay away from this guy. He’s either got too much going on that he can’t focus on who he talks to, or he’s trying to make up random fees to make his prices look lower than they are. Either way, he lost a custom and any positive word of mouth I would have given!

I had a completely positive experience working with Tom. He returned phone calls promptly, got a professional job done quickly, and made necessary revisions at no cost. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying experience! I recommend Tom without reservation!

Unprofessional and rude. No pictures were provided in the Title 5 Inspection report and when asked to return to site to obtain pictures the company said “I am not willing to risk my license for something so irrational”.

Please do yourself the favor of not hiring this clown. He is an incompetent buffoon who will make your life a living hell. He was hired to design a leech field for an existing system and it took him FOUR MONTHS. Every plan he submitted was rejected and called "a mess" "nonsense" "gobbledygook" and "incomprehensible" by the state official hired to inspect the designs. We had to hire someone else who had an approved plan within 5 days. He is a fraud and will take your money and blame other people for his ignorance.
