If I could rate this business owner a zero, I would. This man, Bill Arnold, is a disgusting alcoholic cheap b******* He was SO drunk when he was checking my items out, that he rambled ON and ON about why his store was so DIRTY. He charged me for things I didn't HAVE! He didn't give me a discount on a discounted dusty item. (Telling me he needed it for gas money!) He is dangerously UNSTABLE people! omg! A boy scout gone BAD! Stay away from this psychotic individual, and his beaten down relic of a store he refuses to fix up. GROSSSSS! Hope I gave him enough to buy his beer tonight. AN alcoholic who can't get more is usually nasty!
