“This quaint pharmacy is located in the beautiful New England town of Westminster, Massachusetts . This lovely pharmacy has a small town feel about it, when you first walk inside, it has a pleasant odor that you can smell. I believe it is sandalwood. The store was clean and the customer service was excellent, they were able to help me with my needs, I would highly recommend Westminster Pharmacy.”

Any medication they don't have in stock is ordered immediately, and nine times out of ten, available the next day. Everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable, so the whole experience is great every time I go in.”
“usually very happy even tipping cashiers for being front line workers but today Dianna L does not belong as a cashier, she belongs in a room by herself where she can talk to herself all day and clean to he hearts content and not admonish customers customers for picking up their bags too soon but if she wasn't so slow I would not be so impatient and grab my bags when they are half way down the belt, everything about this woman says she is not cut out to be a cashier”

“Of all the pharmacies I've ever been to I have to say between prices, staff friendliness and general knowledge.. this is the best one in the area, and the best one I've ever used on a regular basis. They do get quite busy and they keep different sets of hours than the store itself, but despite this, I have never had better service. All the staff members worked with great effort to help me get medications and correct minor errors between the hospital, doctors, hospital pharmacy and my physical therapist all on their own, without being asked and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf to set everything straight when it all got a little too complicated! If the service isn't enough, then the prices would make anyone switch. Most medications, even without insurance are reasonably priced . if you DO have insurance some basic anti-biotics and contraceptives are VERY affordable ($4!!!) .”

“I love the pharmacy staff here!! They are always so friendly, helpful and kind. Each time I’ve come in to pick up my prescriptions (About once a month), they remember my face every time and already have it ready for me! (I think that’s a huge plus). The front end staff here are super nice too. I prefer this store over the one on Main st, because let’s be real.....there main st location sucks, especially the pharmacy. Anyway, I give a thumbs up here ?”

“A heartfelt thank you to the staff at CVS 57 Rollstone Fitchburg and the amazing person who found my lost wallet. Last night, after a worship session with friends in Fitchburg, I realized that I had lost my wallet. My home was an hour away from where I had lost it, and I was desperate to find it. I went back to the last place I had gotten out of my car, which was at the Shell station in Reading to empty my car trash. But the staff there didn't find any wallet. I was afraid and even cried a bit. However, I prayed and trusted that whether I find my wallet or not, everything will be alright. I canceled my cards and ordered new ones as a precaution. Fortunately, I got a call this morning saying that my wallet had been found by someone (God bless them), and I could pick it up. I don't know how to express my gratitude to this person, but I pray wherever they are, God blesses them for what they did for me. ? ?”

“Scheduled an appointment online with them, the other day, which was very easy. When arriving today, the woman at the pharmacy I spoke with was polite and professional, after answering my questions she had me go behind the little area sectioned off with the white screen divider, to wait for her to give me my shot. A few minutes later she arrived to administer the shot, which she did quickly and painlessly, Then I browsed around the store to see what interesting items they had.”

“Good customer service here. This CVS is a very good pharmacy store, but it also is a store that sells an assortment of household items and various groceries. This CVS on Main Street in Gardner MA is open twenty four hours a day, which is quite convenient. The pharmacy team is always busy working hard, to make sure each prescription is filled correctly and if you have a question about your prescription or need help locating an over the counter medicine they will assist you with that. This CVS pharmacy also has a convenient drive- thru, so that can be extremely helpful.”
