Amazing convenience store but the isles are confusing because one isle has candy right you walk past the Dunkin's that's right over there and there is another isle dedicated to the same candy but in king size that is my only complaint other than that this store is amazing

Super Rude Cashier!!! As I was just coming in to get a drink and Gas and she had a Nasty + Sarcastic way of telling me to hurry up. She made for a Very Un-Pleasant Visit. Just by trying to close up a few mins Early you lost any future Visits from me.

We had a routine, a go to - Dunkins in S. Ash was that. We would stop and grab the usual. Recently, the quality has gone down hill, culminating in slimy Boston Cream donuts from the drivethrough that we were actually afraid to eat. My poor grandson needed a towel because by the time he said something to me, he had taken one out and the slime had leaked everywhere. I would have returned right then, but we were on our way to an appointment. To add insult to injury, they did not even put napkins in the bag. I contacted them prior to posting this, in fairness. After a week and a half of their repeated commitments to get back to me they have still not bothered. That tells me everything I need to know about this location. IF they cannot spend 5 minutes with a steady customer, this customer doesn't need to spend 10 minutes in line for inferior product. Cumbies is our new routine - slightly out of the way, but superior and far more cost effective - and FRESH.

9-27-2020 multiple workers with uncovered noses - and some even mouths (pulling masks down to expose nose/mouth) - these are the people serving drinks and picking out donuts folks. Why didn't the manager do anything? In our Covid-19 world, the Ashburnham MA Dunkin Donuts is a health disaster waiting to happen. I suggest that you patronize a Dunkin Donuts branch with professional management and more responsible hygiene practices. DD central office needs to get involved with this branch before there are serious health repercussions for the surrounding community!
