Overpriced. I also wish this store sold some conventional products. I am not an Amazon Prime member, so I don't get discounts on the expensive products here. The store is overcrowded with Amazon shoppers who are preparing shopping orders for delivery.

Only giving me star cause I have to. we tried to pick up our thanksgiving dinner from the two ladies in the front at 1245 and they were find friendly and this other man was friendly and he was trying to help us find a turkey but didn't have any left. but the man with a mustache reddish hair that was there trying to get the order was so rude and was laughing at myself when I have a brain injury. I should've spoke with management but I am in so much pain I am unable to now we don't have thanksgiving dinner for my family.

Small compared to other Whole Foods Markets in the area and I feel like their staffing is being cut every single month.A few months ago the people who make the pizza left and the quality is very bad now. Often it is undercooked, not evenly covered with cheese or sauce and often sloppily thrown into the box.Over the last 2 weeks I have gone in 5 times to get deli meat but there was nobody behind the counter. I asked the service desk and they said they were short staffed. There was not even pre-sliced meat to grab and go.If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would not suggest this WFM.

I popped in to get sushi a Tuna roll & California roll with crab meat. the tuna was essentially the Arby's version of tuna. little bis pressed together. Not very flavorful, but functional. The California roll was bad fish, the smell was unmistakable, as soon as she opened the container. Do mistakes happen? Absolutely. The first thing I do is call them to let them know that we just bought it 1/2 hr ago and it was definitely bad. The Whole Foods Employee's response? "I'll let them know.". No asking if everyone was okay, not offer of exchange or refund. Quantity is down (you get less sushi for the same price), Quality is down (fish bits vs full pieces and their staff do not show any form of human compassion. I think this Whole foods can just close before they kill someone if food safety doesn't matter to them.

A pretty normal Whole Foods though smaller than the other ones around. Parking is usually pretty tight.

One of our favorite places to get groceries at because it's so cheap. The whole "needing a quarter to get a shopping cart" was really interesting when we first went here.

We originally stopped in to use the convenient Amazon return facility which was great. The young lady who helped us was so pleasant and professional.Customer service overall was good.Wandering through the store, we found and purchased several Oxo brand cooking tools from their broad selection. The quality of the fresh food is superb, and we picked up a few slices of their freshly made pizza - very yummy indeed!Recommended

I love the Arlington store, the people are so courteous and always willing to help a customer when they walk through the door. Door. I especially want to thank the Manager of the Body Dept., Neil, , he was so helpful and discussed with me various choices that I was trying to make in that section. It's very organized and you have a lot of products so it was a little overwhelming at first but he finally directed me to where I needed to go and got the products that I was looking for.

I know that theres a hidden Whole Foods hidden culture that derives of Rich White Americans who think that they are the only ones on this planet entitled to healthy organic meals and products while the rest of their White reptilian brethren are going on a rampage destroying water supplies and polluting the planet with oils and pesticides. Let me remind you who picks your food and the indigenous countries your produce and ingredients come from. You are not special and are not more entitled to healthy meals than any other person of color. PS. Look in the mirror IT LOOKS UGLY. PSS. We wouldn't be in this organic situation if it wasn't for you!. You work in customer service from everyone, not just rich whites.

Good produce, including organic. Store is big enough to have good selections, but could be better. Doing Amazon returns here is not as easy as it used to be because you have to use a self serve kiosk instead of just handing it to the service desk.

I absolutely love the curry chicken salad WFM makes in the prepared food section. I usually get it every week or every other week and have been for years. I had never gotten it at the Arlington store before and got a container tonight. It was disgusting. It did not even taste like it should have. First of all it’s supposed to be chicken breast. This was huge pieces, some with bones in them - I almost cracked a tooth. of thigh and leg meat. And it didn’t even taste like the normal curry chicken taste in fact, it didn’t even resemble it by more than maybe 15%. It was disgusting and got thrown out it was so inedible..First time I got this at Arlington. And last!! I’m sure this is a freak occurrence, but you really should find out who is responsible and take measures so this doesn’t happen again. Total waste.of money. And the ruined dinner thankfully I had something else that I was able to make instead.

Reviewing as someone who just attempted an Amazon Return here, since that's supposed to be a simple thing. I did need to pick up a few grocery items while I was out, but after how this went I walked a bit down the road to Stop & Shop for those items, instead. I had never done an in store Amazon Return before, so I asked the customer service desk what to do. The lady told me to go do it at the machine nearby. Sure! So far, this seemed fine. The package I'm returning was opening and falling apart, so I asked her if I could please use some tape I saw on her counter so these items I'm returning don't separate and end up lost. She told me no, it'll be fine, go do what that machine says. So I went to scan the bar code, began following the instructions from the machine, and while picking up a bag to put it in she immediately came over and interrupted what I was doing to tell me no, do not use a bag. So in conclusion, don't do what the machine says, but also don't talk to the customer service reps or they'll be rude, instead start using the machine and they'll come over to be needlessly rude while interrupting you as you try to do exactly what they tell you to do if you do ask them. Next time I need to return something I'll go 45 minutes in the other direction to the UPS store.
