This store hours are inaccurate. I drove from afar thinking I would find the store open, and this dude just waved me away 10 minutes before the closing hour.

For a local chain pharmacy this store does quite well. The pharmacists and techs working the counter are always helpful and courteous. Reviewers who aren’t aware of how difficult and demanding (and short-stafffed) this entire industry has become, especially since COVID should check themselves. I really appreciate the breadth of vaccinations available here too.
My only recommendation is that Walgreens should use MyChart as almost every other pharmacy and healthcare provider in MA does.

This used to be an amazing store but they lost many of the people that cared and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all. If you were in line with 2 people ahead of you they used to get on the speaker, “IC3” and someone would open a register. Now you can sit in line for 10-15 minutes. And the pharmacy staff are rude. If you can, avoid this location.

Had an appointment for a covid vaccine for 4 weeks. Got a reminder text a day before. Showed up for them to tell me sorry we're all out. Not acceptable. Get it together

My partner just had a really distressing experience at this Walgreens. Shortly after having a prescription for Paxlovid sent over to Walgreens, he a call from the pharmacy saying his insurance would not cover any of the cost, and that he would need to either ask for a discount through Pfizer's website or pay the full cost himself. Fortunately, he knew his insurance would cover it, and called his own insurance company, who confirmed it. When he went to pick up the prescription--which he had been told had been filled--the pharmacist whom he had spoken with on the phone reiterated that it was not covered. Luckily, he had handed his insurance card to the pharmacy technician as soon as he arrived, and she was able to look up his information and confirm that his copay was $0. Bottom line: Walgreens will push you to go through Pfizer rather than using the insurance you've already paid for--if they say something isn't covered, call your insurance company to get the truth.

This Walgreens desperately needs a self checkout!

Some were nice but most employees were very rude and unhelpful. Products were used and spilt.

Allowing a non working service dog into your store when it’s clearly stated only service dogs is not ok! It’s becoming a serious problem for those who need service dogs- this dog was dirty, pulling on the retractable leash and was not focusing on its owner. When I asked an employee what could be done they said dogs were allowed inside (not true) and that they couldn’t ask the women if it was a sd (also not true) you can ask is it a service dog and what tasks is it trained to perform. I’m beyond annoyed and upset stores keep letting people break the law and continue causing distractions for legitimate sd teams!

I go to Walgreens often and love the people who work there. They are great and always happy to see me. Both the store and pharmacy are great. I definitely recommend this store.

Mgr. Alex, went out of his way to look for a product and to make sure I was a happy Walgreens customer. Surprised at any negative reviews!

Almost always out of water bottles and plungers and pretty much any basic item. Guess we will all laugh hard when the workers here get dehydrated and get their toilet clogged HAHA!

Over the summer in the middle of semi-lockdown, a nice way to get exercise and out of the house was to stroll to Walgreens. I probably bought as many calories (via Hershey's bars: I have a weakness for milk chocolate) as I burned, but boy, was out worth it! It's an okay Walgreens, at far as Walgreens go.

If you have nothing but time to waste this is your store.. pretty much always only one person on register.. never the same staff twice.. everyone is miserable and there is no one to help you.
