This is for the pharmacy, as the store itself is fine...The pharmacists are top notch. Helpful, kind and responsive. I see complaints that stem from them being over tasked, but I've found them to excel despite that. It wouldn't kill Walgreens corporate to provide them more help, but I guess those profit margins need to keep the shareholders happy.

I just wanted to share my experience with the pharmacist, Maria, today. Her kindness and patience with my hysterical 6yo daughter as she administered her vaccinations made a tough situation the best it could be. I get the sense that working in a pharmacy these days is really challenging from staffing to drug shortages, and I know she had a lot of work to do. She went above and beyond despite that, and I am so grateful.

Yesterday, we were able to get family COVID-19 and Flu shots here. The staff was great. Specifically, Phuc was extremely patient with my youngest daughter, who was...vocally/physically...resistant to getting her flu shot. In the end, she decided that getting to pick a new nail polish was worth getting the vaccine.Again, the staff was great, but overwhelmed. There was a multi-person line for the 1.25 hours we were there. Like all other businesses, they could increase staffing to improve customer experience.

THE PHARMACIST THAT FILLED OUT MY WIFE'S PRESCRIPTIONS HUMILIATED MY WIFE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS.WHEN MY WIFE WAS PICKING UP HER PRESCRIPTIONS, THE PHARMACIST REMARKED CONDESCENDINGLY and PEJORATIVELY THAT MY WIFE HAD TOO MANY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR A YOUNG WOMAN.I WONDER IF THE PHARMACIST WOULD NOT HAVE SAID THAT TO MY WIFE IF MY WIFE WAS NOT BLACK.SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS OF ARLINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS!!!

Meh... I mean it's a big clean store with a lot of stuff & some of the employees are nice (pharmacy staff usually nice) but some employees, (especially 2 in particular), are rude, grumpy & always act annoyed by questions. And I hope you don't need to return anything! You might as well be committing a misdemeanor! They ask you for ID, an address, so much information, and act very suspicious. Even with my receipt I had to leave and come back another day. Pharmacy staff are usually nice, but they're unwilling to carry a certain low dosage prescription I need, so I get everything filled there and then this one thing I have to go to a CVS it just seems really silly.

I'm brand new to the east coast and trying to get all my pieces together. Stopped by the pharmacy after a doctors appointment today and with very little empathy the pharmacist handed me a slip of paper saying my insurance isn't working. I know for a fact it is and 100% rely on this medication without missing a dose. This review is about there empathy behind the counter, it's not their job to figure out my insurance but after explaining to them my situation, I basically got the middle finger. I'll not be using this pharmacy again.

Female pharmacy employee at this store "assisting" me on the phone today was OUTRAGEOUSLY rude and unhelpful. She blamed another local Walgreens pharmacy for an error with my prescription and refused to help in any way. I told her that since this was a "Walgreens" problem that I would like to speak with a manager. She said, "No." That's it. No explanation... just a "no." Wow! I know that it is hard to find good employees these days but this is inexcusable and I intend to follow this up through Walgreens corporate. The brief review here is just my good faith effort to warn off others who might be tempted to do business with his pharmacy.

Tl;dr: Could not have had a worse experience with this pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for months, I'll be going elsewhere.

It's always too slow here. Over a dozen people in line right now, line has barely moved in 10 minutes. How do they not have self checkout?

Not good. Employee coughing her head off. She told me she felt sick (she looked sick). I spoke with a manager who said he knows she is not well. What blows my mind is that neither of them are wearing masks!! I will be going elsewhere.

Hello, I shop here often and the store has a nice selection. However. Where the heck are your Pokemon cards? There's a label on the shelf for x/y era cards and that was almost ten years ago. Bring back the Pokemon cards!!

6 employees, 4 working registers, 2 open registers. Employees stood being photo complaining about corporate and how short staffed they are. Joke of a store.
