They did a fantastic Kintsugi repair on a Ming dynasty Longquan celadon censor i brought to them. It's a small object that has been valued in someway over the centuries and has a spirit that needed to be honored. There's artistry involved in this type of repair and I couldn't be happier with the results. I now look at it and feel I am, and they will be part of it's history.

I sent an enquiry for cloissone repair for a vase I owned. I was quoted $100- $200, so I shipped them my vase. That cost me $65. When they received it, they said the repair would be $750, more than the value of the vase. They said if I wanted it back, it would cost me $200. I said I did not want to pay more than double of what it cost me to ship it to them. They said they would dispose of it for me. I told them I was unhappy with this program, no response. I sent a follow up email, no response. Very unhappy with this business.

Super work fixing an antique lamp that was damaged in shipping. They have a good estimate and had good communication skills, but I was most impressed with their work. If you want museum quality restoration service, this is definitely the place to contact.

This company and restoration artists are amazing! I was heart sick over accidentally breaking 2 very special family items, one a plate with our daughter's birth information and second the very first gift from my husband when we were dating. I searched out Restoration Services near Boston and couldn't be happier with the repair results! They are as good as new! From the friendly, responsive initial contact, estimate process, frequent updates and payment process you all made it a pleasant experience! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Miracle workers! And lovely to work with. They reconstructed an object d'art that had broken into many pieces and magically put it back together. I highly recommend them!

They do a great job. I love the personal attention and quick service. You can bring them anything and they will fix it. We have brought several items, tangled wires, chandeliers, tables with broken screws, you name it, all good. Could not be happier.

I accidentally dropped and broke a ceramic souvenir from Italy. Restoration Services were the only ones ready to take me as a new client - they were fast and professional and now I am looking at my brand new ceramic bottle which was fixed in no time! Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

Was really pleased with this place. Sent a few plates there over the years that got knocked off the wall. They've always done a great job for a reasonable price. Very professional staff dealt with me.

Beyond shameless. I actually had let the whole thing go as being one of those 'never again' experiences when this guy has the arrogance & nerve to write this baseless & false reply. It is 'resolved'?!?!?! What are you talking about? First, there was NO written estimate - EVER. More importantly, after my last review you in fact made NO such offer, you did say I could 'contact you' to 'rectify your mistake.' I did this immediately - the same day (which btw was 7 months ago), and then I NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN. YOU DID NOT REPLY, NO MISTAKES WERE RECTIFIED, YOU MADE NO OFFER TO FIX ANYTHING - FOR FREE OR OTHERWISE. WE NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN! Every time I look at the piece I feel exploited and ripped off. How dare you write this utterly deceitful post? What's the point? I was quite happy to be done with you people.

I sent in 3 pieces of Oriental porcelain. It was a poorly glued teapont spout, a very broken saucer, and a chipped and holed cup. This porcelain is very fine and very thin, I am amazed of the caliber of repairs that were done. I did not pick full restoration. But as far as I can tell, that is what I got...at least visually. I can't even see where they glued the piece together. Being an impatient sort, I didn't like the turn around. But that is OK because the repairs are fabulous!!! The time Restoration takes is worth every minute. And they do keep you updated on where your job is in their queue. But being me, means I'm still impatient. But for work like this, I will wait...impatiently but wait I will. This set is more sentimental that cash worth. So when you need fine porcelain repairs done, this is the place to go. Worth every penny!! And worth every minute it takes to complete!

Yess.. I am incredibly pleased with the results of a broken glass elephant that my daughter bought in Italy on a study abroad program. It got broken while in college in moving and I collected all the pieces. They suggested a fill in of missing pieces and I wanted it done as perfect as possible so I agreed. I was not sure what to expect and when I opened the perfectly protected piece.. it was more than I expected. Pleasantly surprised and it made my daughter very happy. Thanks restoration team for your service!!
