Not a review of the people at this specific location but if you do anything through their web based chat system TAKE SCREENSHOTS so you have proof when they tell you something and then bill you for it after they said they wouldn’t! I cancelled on the day my bill was generated (even though there hadn’t been a modem or router connected for over a week prior). The rep said they wouldn’t bill me for the remaining time but when I saw the payment and called their support number they said it wasn’t policy and that you have to cancel ahead of time and there’s no prorating or refunding. Oh and they increased my final bill by 30% because the promotion ended, great way to end on a high note. Looking forward to the copy paste review response.

We just got our home internet installed, the technician Victor was very professional, courteous and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working! We had a great experience and highly recommend Astound.

Andy showed up promptly at 9 am and had our Internet restored within an hour. He discovered the cable was ripped off from our house by a truck and called for a bucket truck backup. The two guys attached a new higher line so it doesn't happen again. Amazing service by RCN to get us back up and running.

Not specific to this location, but let me put it this way. When moving we chose to go with Xfinity because it was so much cheaper. The costs more than tripled in the 5 years I had them and sadly they were unwilling to do a new home deal. They lost a customer but I guess that's the model for all ISPs. Hook 'em cheaply, crank up the charges and then have them leave so you can spend money to get them back.

Victor 29660 came in and swiftly got to work! We were running into issues with a cable box and he came in and pretty quickly diagnosed the issue. He was efficient in solving the issue and, more importantly, was thorough with testing. Great experience overall.
