Terrible experience. Nobody is manning the front desk, there is only a kiosk. I missed my first appointment and it directed me to schedule a new one. I selected the option to leave the office and return; when I returned it had been dumped. I tried to speak with someone and they said they called my name and wouldn't speak to me about it. I then got on the standby list, but when I was called back the employee said she couldn't read my doctor's handwriting on the script (which was legible). I left after two hours without actually getting my blood drawn. Will not return.

the walk-ins wait is horrendous. Never go there again.

If you have the misfortune to get Siri, expect to do most of her job for her, get coughed on by her, and then be called racist. I went down to Quest today with a paper from my doctor ordering blood tests. Siri asked for the doctor's phone number. No problem; I provided it. She asked for the doctor's fax number. I had the doctor's email address, which I would have thought would be enough, but I called the doctor to ask what the fax number was. The line was busy. I googled the fax number and gave it to Siri. Then Siri began complaining that she couldn't read the doctor's writing and told me to read the paper and tell her what was written there. I read "urticaria" off the paper. Siri told me that wasn't a word. I googled it. It means "hives." I read the spelling to Siri twice because she didn't catch it the first time and didn't seem to be able to read my phone. She raised her voice and started lecturing me. At no point did I raise my voice at her. Attitude rolled off her in angry, sullen waves. While I was in her office, she had three different coughing fits. She didn't cover her mouth or wear a mask, which is unusual in a healthcare setting where the provider is sick. I offered her a mask. She refused it. As I left, she announced loudly to everyone there, "IF YOU'RE RACIST, JUST SAY SO." If I am racist, it's the first time I'm hearing about it. I would think my 19-year-old black godson would have pointed it out. I have multiple disabilities, and I could have just have easily announced loudly, "IF YOU'RE ABLEIST, JUST SAY SO," if it were in my repertoire to stoop that low. It isn't. A different woman drew my blood, and she was absolutely lovely and professional. But whoever gave Siri this customer service job made a terrible mistake. She clearly hates the public. At the very least, it would be nice if she could avoid passing her respiratory illness on to every patient she meets.

Went in after registering with my employer for a routine drug test. Had a printout with my info on it and a little barcode so I figured I was all set. Last time I used Quest Diagnostics (in Braintree) the whole thing was over in 10 minutes. There's no one at reception, just a little kiosk to check in. I was in the office for a while and the kiosk gave many people problems. I waited in line to use the kiosk and got an estimated wait time to sit on standby. No other updates.I waited more than two hours before someone inside told me that drug screening was closed for the evening (and had closed 30m ago). No text updates, no information at the kiosk (I checked after 90m), no one saying anything, and again no one at reception or available to help.I hate to blame the people working here but I gotta agree with others...this is a bad location for screening. I don't know if it's the typical excuse of post-covid labor shortages but it seems like everyone has given up and is just slopping their job out there. I feel like I was quite patient waiting as long as I did and I'm kinda bitter about needing to go back and start over. There's not much I can do though because I have to take the test.

The staff is so rude. There’s an Asian girl who verbally threatened me and told me she was gonna beat me up after work. Like babes, it’s not that serious lol, get HELP!!!! You need it. She didn’t give her name but here’s her lovely picture! <3 she flipped me the bird after the pic was taken. Just my luck! This location needs better staff who know a little about customer service….. contacted patient services with quest about this.

The staff here was very kind to me when my sample drop off was messed up due to an oversight by my Dr. Pro tip: if you're dropping off a sample, use the "medical professional" log in on the tablet. Otherwise the waits for walk ins are long. They would probably be mad though if you used for a blood draw/urine sample. I would also recommend masking...small waiting room with bad ventilation. One star off for wait times and having to bend the rules to get a sensible drop-off wait time, plus having to pay $5/hr for parking.

Reviews had me spooked. Just make sure you have an appointment, ID, and your insurance card. The electronic kiosk is super easy, and then they'll call you. In-and-out in 10 minutes.

Avoid. The person working there on during my visit was clearly overworked. Maybe that explains her rudeness, stress, and short temper (she started banging on the bathroom door while I was producing a sample and that definitely didn’t help, still way below the 3’ limit I was given). I hope she finds help and a job where she feels respected by her employer. No reception desk either. Avoid.

tldr; Your appointment time doesn't mean anything. It might get cancelled because of the incompetence of the staff, with no recourse or apology whatsoever.I booked an appointment a month in advance. It was for a time-sensitive glucose test. Time-sensitive in the sense that it needs to be done this week, and it needs to be done exactly an hour after I drink the glucose drink (at home) my doctor provided.I show up for my appointment this morning, and the lady locked herself out of the office. She didn't really care, was not apologetic at all, didn't suggest to reschedule for me later this week (the whole week is already booked. Silly me for booking a month in advance, and thinking it means anything!)She did suggest I go to my doctor's office for a blood draw. With 5 minutes to spare to the time my blood draw is supposed to happen and the office being a 40-minute drive away this wasn't exactly feasible. The cherry on top was when I received an appointment cancellation email 36 minutes after my appointment, stating the office is closed due to building maintenance. LOL. That's one way of saying gross incompetence

They don't even deserve one star , I went for drug test for my work the person there was mean and unpolite. I couldn't make online nor by phone .First time she told the bathroom was broken, when we want the second time early the same person was trying to open the door and couldn't . With the same attitude she sent us to a location that doesn't do test for Quest Diagnostic. Finally we manage to found a location in Brookline , they were very nice and professional.Edward

To avoid any issues please go with an appointment (for this location at least). Book online or via phone. There is no one at the front desk to help if you are unable to use their computer kiosk. The staff is not the nicest. Walk-in seems to take fairly long due to the amount of appointments. Because of this I noticed many customers to be upset. If you have an appointment it was actually pretty quick to be called and done in about 10min. I was very surprised at how dirty the waiting area is. It’s technically a healthcare facility…

Zero stars. There’s no way to register for a date and the people working there are the no help. Just go somewhere else. They all wanna get fired. So they won’t help. There cannot be a worst place to go than this.

I was able to check in using the tablet at the entrance and was called in exactly at my appointment time. The technician was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Didn't feel a pinch and didn't leave a scar after drawing blood. Not sure what all the negative reviews were about, made me skeptical about visiting.
