I'm a residential customer, not a contractor. Went in today looking for help with an unusual, small job. Eric and Ray spent 25 minutes helping me figure out exactly what to get. It worked out perfectly, and I was refunded on the items I didn't use.

.. personnel is sometimes grumpy when I ask them too many questions about how to install the products... Otherwise huge selection of behind the counter products which can only be brought to you by a staff, but you can't walk and see them. Typical professional plumber supply legacy store.
