I went in with a broken clip on our Miele vacuum tube, fully expecting I would need a new tube. But the shop was able to replace the clip, no charge! I am always happy to give our business to the Oreck shop in Arlington Heights.

I bought a regular size Oreck vacuum cleaner and the smaller more portable size vacuum from Michael in spring 2023. He seemed very nice and I thought he'd know his product after being in the business for years yet he sold me the wrong size refill bag. It is oversized and doesn't begin to fit in my smaller vaccum

service is terrible, I walked 1 hour to buy a vacuum for my wife.. the store owner treated me very badly, I think because my clothes were a little dirty, because I was coming from work, very rude, I was very sad !!

Michael at Oreck was very rude on the phone and when i went to the store he didn't have the vacuum he told me he had. He was out of control with yelling and disrespectful behavior. Another customer came into the store and left when he heard Michael acting so out of control

I brought my Meile in for service, and the owner (Mike I think) very patiently listened to my issue, asked a couple questions and corrected the problem on the spot. No charge. I had never been to that shop before, he could have taken my unit and charged as he wishes. I’ll be a regular from now on!

If you're like me- you want quality without sacrificing your life savings. Buying a quality vacuum cleaner is a more difficult task than you might think. If you've done your research, you'll soon realize that all the made in china options you'll easily find online/at places like wal-mart have an abysmal warranty and leak dust and allergens in the air. I decided on purchasing a Miele and my visit to Oreck of Arlington could not have been better. Straight forward and to the point with alot of help from the nice gentleman working that day with the glasses. You can purchase a Miele online, but it will not have the extended warranty (the Miele I purchased has a 10 year warranty!!) and it will not be the home-care line which is exclusive to brick and mortar (you'll get better attachments and a finer quality machine with better components). If you need a high quality vacuum- check this place out! Disregard the 1 star reviews- this was a no strings attached straight to the point great experience. Highly recommended.
