My dog had to have extensive dental work done today and Dr. Sorbo and staff did a wonderful job. Not only a great job was done but Dr. Sorbo went above and beyond our needs. Thank you very much Mill Brook Animal Clinic, especially Dr. Sorbo.

I had been taking my pets to Millbrook for YEARS. Dr Fallon, the owner just retired. What a circus the place is now. It's a shame. I will NEVER take my animals here again. I had a very sick dog and he needed to be seen on Monday. I called and the receptionist was a total a@@@@@. She said nope no apps today and hung up on me. So I called back for Tuesday, same thing. I called her again and she said nothing for Wed, Thurs or Fri. You must be joking. My dog was sick and had been a patient since a puppy. I would never give these people another dollar. Spare yourself the headache and the upsettment

While the staff here is very friendly, their billing procedures are next level crooked. They actively shy away from disclosing any of the true costs and will continue to upsell each visit with things that are completely outside of the scope of why you were there in the first place. Every time I’ve been here I’ve asked for what the cost will be, only to get a bill that is double that amount and when you ask why the bill was so much higher and attempt to hold them accountable to the originally discussed price, the answer is always no, we’ve already provided the service. It’s a classic bait and switch operation, and I’ve seen more than a few people get upset about it at the admin desk while waiting.

I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.

Our 7 year old dog Teddy was seen by Dr Paduch. She went above and beyond compared to our previous vet. All staff friendly and thorough.

We needed surgery for our dog to remove a mast cell tumor. Dr. Sorbo, the surgeon, was amazing both in giving us our options and in performing the surgery.

Our vet for 20 years. Better than others we've seen. All vets are very busy these days but this clinic is very attentive to our pets.

They are compassionate and I never felt like they were beating me up with fees when our dog or cat got sick. The clinic is small and as a result, in my experience urgent cases typically can’t be accommodated.

I have had Dr Fallon as Millie"s vet since she was born. At 11 she became very ill and I called Mill Brook first thing in the AM. Dr Fallon is longer there, if he were, he would have taken my call and talked me through what to do. I was simply told to take Millie to an emergency vet, the vet there would not take my call......very disappointed.

this place has gone down hill.. they are unprofessional & judgemental of certain breeds.. they had an unleashed dog in the waiting area and called me to ask me if my dog was aggressive & if they could come to my car and take him inside.. I was shocked that another dog & owner was breaking the leash law policy and yet they asked me with ignorance if my dog was aggressive because there was a dog wandering around the waiting room.. moreover, a vet tech new on the job told me she would take my dog inside.. literally makes no sense.. as his handier he is my responsibility so this was discrimination at its finest so I would go elsewhere! Poor treatment after 8 loyal years we spent there and i mean SPENT in MONEY!
