Stephen was extremely professional and knowledgeable when helping my mom with her Mac laptop that had just been hacked. He patiently listened to the issue and got right to work, thoroughly searching for and removing all malware as well as making recommendations for safer usage and helpful software. He was friendly and very easy to work with. We will absolutely be calling him again if we run into any other Mac-related issues.

In the middle of the COVID 19 crisis, my laptop battery died and I needed it quickly repaired as it was my work from home laptop. Stephen quickly set up an appointment and not only expertly replaced the battery, but he fixed my track pad which had been acting up. He sent pictures of my computer before and after inside, and he had also taken the time to clean all the dust and dirt that had built up over almost seven years. Very happy I found him, would go back anytime I have a problem with my mac hardware!

Stephen knows his game inside and out and is very easy to work with. He's knowledgeable and efficient at solving problems, and if he doesn't have the solution right then and there, he knows who to ask or where to go for answers. I'm a Mac user and NOT a digital native, so I need assistance from time to time. My computer skills are adequate, but when something isn't working with data backup, privacy and security settings, etc., and I can't afford to mess around, I call Stephen. He's willing to go slow and teach, or just roll up his sleeves and fix it, whatever approach you prefer. I've thrown him some unusual challenges--like porting names and addresses from an ancient database into my current platform, or recovering documents originally formatted in a 25 year-old program--and he's come through every time. He's also full of helpful computing tips and shortcuts. Hourly rate isn't cheap, but he's good value and always delivers.

Stephen hones in on the issues of importance to me and helps me by fixing or showing me how to fix the problem. He also has good ideas for improving my computer and tv use. He has introduced me to new gadgets or systems that are helpful. AND he is fun to work with!
