Horrible service. Please run away as far as you can from this place. We made an appointment here a week in advance. We even confirmed the appointment in the morning before arriving. When we arrived, there was no one to help us. They are giving appointments without any tax professionals to help on site. There was only one lady present who already had a client. The manager was not present on the site and would not answer our calls.

I like having my taxes prepared at Hand R Block in Arlington with Florida Avilla. She helped me out with a confusing situation in the past and she continues to be professional and timely with my tax preparations.

I also had problems with Jill in Arlington, MA. My mother died in 2022 so we went to H&R Block with all our paperwork. The taxes were filed. I got a letter from the IRS saying the taxes were filled out incorrectly. I have called the number on Jill's call. A man hung up on me after saying she wasn't there. I sent an email to the address on her card and came back to me as undeliverable. DO NOT USE THIS H&R BLOCK. Waste of time and money. So frustrating!

I left all my tax documents at H&R Block in Arlington, MA several weeks ago-- I have left repeated messages there this week to try and get the status of my return but I have never received any response to any of them-- I have no idea at this point what to do or who to contact to complain about this truly unreal unresponsiveness ...

I had a great experience with Flor. This was my first time having someone else do my taxes and it was super easy for me. She was clear and friendly in her communication, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond to any messages. We worked seamlessly in the MyBlock app - I was able to upload everything she asked for and review and sign my return when it was done. I'll definitely be returning!

Called to make appointment & the male associate doesn’t care to listen & went talking away. He refused to make appointment for me with someone who is available. I was so frustrated that I ended making appointment online. He claimed no one available on 03/02 5pm but I managed to make appointment with someone on this exact date & time! Guess this is what happens when management only pays commission & makes it into a dog eat dog world! Horrible experience just to make appointment!
