I bought an embroidery machine from Facebook Marketplace, and brought it here to get serviced because there was an issue with one of the sensors.

Mark was very kind and welcoming, and assured me that Richard would get the machine in top shape in around 7-10 days.

Not only did Richard get the machine cleaned and running smoothly in just 6 days, but he also offered tips on how to embroider shirts as a beginner, and said that I can come back whenever for more advice.

I will certainly be returning and highly encourage others to check this place out!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. What had happened was... I had dropped off a piece of art to be framed. It was ready on a Friday but I was running late, so I just figured I would pick it up on Monday. Monday was the day that this artwork would be presented as a gift at an event in the afternoon. Now it turns out that they are closed on Mondays WHICH IS CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE DOOR. They are open on the weekend and I, being not too bright sometimes, did not look up the hours. COMPLETELY MY FAULT. So I panicked. Then emailed at the contact info on the website begging for help. One of the owners called me within a few minutes and then he came to the store to let me get my art. Understand, this was all my fault and they had no obligation to do this.
