“Such a great community!!! I was a former collegiate athlete really struggling to incorporate fitness into my life again. Mike was so wonderful in working with me on fitness and including me in the community. I achieved my physical goals as well as made lifelong friends. Truly a special place!”

“Sweat Fixx is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere in the studio is so welcoming, making it feel like a second home. Whether you're a competitive athlete, a beginner, or seeking something fresh for your workout routine, this studio caters to all. During my first visit, despite not being familiar with everything, I felt at ease, thanks to the supportive instructors and regular attendees. I've kept going back and hope to become an instructor there one day!”

“Had the pleasure of using this gym while i lived in boston from 2022-2023. By far the best gym around and recommended for all experience levels. I focused on olympic weight lifting, managed to find an awesome coach, and made some wonderful memories + PRs. Steve (owner) is an incredible person and only have positive experiences about him and his gym. 10/10.”

“I tried it one day. It seems like a nice little gym. Two issues: the lighting was harsh. They have all exposed fluorescent lights on the main floor that were blinding my peripheral vision- can you add diffusers? Second, the floor on the lower level is uneven around the squatting rack. I tried dead lifts and felt unbalanced. Treadmills are a bit dated and limited to 12mph, which is a bit slow for my interval workouts (is this a liability thing? Can you go to 15mph?). Still, a promising gym with a friendly community.”

“This is a great family-owned gym, with a caring and welcoming atmosphere. The recent renovations have brought the equipment squarely up to date. There are many group classes included in the membership, and the trainers are excellent.”

“Good deal for the money, in my opinion. The expansion helped a ton with alleviating a packed house. Lots of equipment, even at its busiest there's rarely a wait for anything.4 stars because some of the Hoist equipment is just poorly designed. The benches and hack squat, in particular make no sense.I also think the use of space could be rethought a bit. There are a half dozen different machines that are solely for rows. Same thing with machines solely for bicep curls or leg extensions. Meanwhile there's no lateral raise machine, high row or lat pullover, pendulum squat, etc...Last, I really wish management would replace the spray/paper towels with cleaning wipes. Cleanliness is important in a gym environment, and there's no shot moistening a paper towel to wipe down an entire machine is getting it properly disinfected.”
