Hello, so I just visited at cvs store I grab lot of items from my in-laws otc benefits that I was going to use it I went at self service Ragister I used my otc card it has 94.00 dollars plus i used my cvs money card it was around 15 dollars and then it was remaining balance was over 13 dollars that I had pay so I was going to use cash but the Ragister got froze so the girl at Ragister tried to help me but she couldn’t and then she called manager and then he said he will void whole transaction so I went to the ragister he didn’t even mention that to me I just assumed, so I went at Ragister, and the girl she scanned all the items and then my coupons didn’t work to was telling all the coupons was redeemed already so they did something and put some discount but when I swipe my otc card the benefits was gone !!!!! And the manager told me I have to call otc ? Why do I have to call otc he screwed up my transaction at self service Ragister I think instead of voiding it he did excet it out because my benefits were not there anymore he doesn’t know how to do he’s job so please tried to avoid this location I’m hoping to hear back from the upper management I need my money back it’s more 100 dollars

Terrible communication in the pharmacy area. Delayed a prescription and did communicate with me at all - drove all the way to this location to find out they did not have it ready and wouldn't be ready for 24 hours. I would've appreciated a call or text that it was delayed. Another disappointing CVS. Considering moving all over to Walgreens. Not sure anything can be much worse than CVS in this area.

Went here to get the rsv vaccine and when I asked what the side effects were. The person administering the shot to me simply says “ I don’t know”. Ok thanks….

My CVS store is in Kingston, MA. I place my prescriptions in a plastic case containing partition to allow for a full week's supply. Last week when I filled in the case, I forgot to hold out the pain medicine pill bottle so I could request a refill as I only had one pill left. When I started filling in the case, I realized my error and immediately contacted my CVS pharmacy. As luck will have it the prescription needed to be refilled by calling my doctor. I had no idea how long my doctor would need to contact CVS and give them the authorization. My CVS pharmacy, being aware of my problem contacted my doctor first thing Monday morning and at 1:30 PM Monday CVS called and the message was "Come on down", Now that is a great service from a great CVS pharmacy!

No other CVS I’ve been to so consistently screws up my prescription. Every time I go the machine bugs up and it takes 20 extra minutes to get my prescription. I don’t blame the pharmacists, I blame the system. But still, super unreliable

No record of my script, so try and call… 19 min on hold before they close the call automatically… never even spoke to a person, just the same automated message every 15 seconds. Nightmare of a place.

I don’t use the pharmacy often, but the pharmacists here need some training on their ableism and bedside manner - maybe it’s all pharmacists everywhere.. we’re not asking for much.. Just be kind to folks who want to pick up their meds (the bare minimum)

Not helpful in the least. If you’re out of refills good luck getting them to dial a number or be persistent in anyway to get your scripts filled. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else, where they treat the customer as they should…like a fellow human being.
