GO. ANYWHERE. ELSE. this is the WORST, most incompetent, rudest, and completely ignorant pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. they screw up regularly and make you feel like it's your fault.the only reason this place still has customers is because it has a drive through. my partner came down with covid and he filled paxlovid at that pharmacy only because it had a drive through. what happened when he went to pick it up? THEY TOLD HIM TO COME INTO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP. he was dumbfounded. he had to explain to them that he wasn't going in the store BECAUSE HE HAD COVID. after an argument they reluctantly gave it to him through the drive through. but seriously? endangering the welfare of others? come on CVS.nothing is ever ready when you get the annoying 8am phone call telling you it is ready. OH AND GOOD LUCK GETTING OFF OF THAT PHONE CALL LIST. took me about a year of trying.i dread having to go here to get anything - i have moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and i encourage everyone i know to do the same. it's probably less stressful to get your meds on the street and risk ODing from fentanyl. (do street dealers sell antibiotics and prescription rosacea shampoos?)

Yashika went way above and beyond to help me when I was checking out, and she was extremely kind. The experience made my day!

Robert (pharmacy tech trainee) huffed and puffed when I informed him they had the wrong insurance. He began swearing underneath his breath at me.

Having bad symptoms because the rude guy behind the counter doesn't know how to refill scripts. I had to go home and do his job for him.Turns out they were not refilling scripts because they are actually out of medication and they are just lying to customers to get them to leave.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy! Rude staff and you can tell it's a toxic working environment. Should get 0 stars

Routinely don't fill prescriptions until you actually show up to pick them up. Additionally, very rude pharmacy staff every time I check out.

I called the pharmacy to find out the status of my medication, and to try to schedule vaccine appointments. Someone picked up between 2:50pm to 2:55pm. The person that picked up the phone was very rude, without giving me a chance to explain what I need. When I said that she was rushing me, she started talking to me in broken words and sentenced as she was mocking me. I asked for her name and said I will make a complaint. She refused to give me her name and she hang up on me.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. I hate that I have to use this pharmacy. I’ll get text telling me that my prescription is ready when I go down there and they tell me it’s going to be 20 minutes because it hasn’t been filled yet. The guy that works the register at the pharmacy scares me, he once saw that I was annoyed and whispered to me “I have bad feelings too” one time he couldn’t find my prescription because he kept spelling my name wrong in the computer, when he realized it, he got angry, and started punching himself in the leg. I understand that things get busy and that’s fine but I take my lunch break to go down there because they tell me it’s ready and then I waste my lunch break in the parking lot waiting for it to get ready.

I went to this store for the last time today. While waiting for a prescription my dr called in (because I was very ill) and when it was my turn they told me that they couldn't help me and I would need to get on a different line. I got in the other line and it didn't move for close to 20 minutes. Then when I got there they took my information and said it would be ready in another 15 minutes. Then I got into the other line again and when it was finally my turn another employee rudely shouted at me that it wasn't ready yet. The other employee just stared blank-faced at me and I went back to wait some more. I heard my name shout very loudly and then I went to the person that shouted it and then she ordered me to the other counter. Then when I went to pay for my prescription usually they let me buy a drink or whatever with it but they said no I would need to get in a different line up front for that. So I went to the computer cashier and that malfunctioned on me. So at that point, I did not get the water and I just left understanding that I would never consider returning there for any reason. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. There is abuse of power, because when patients need medication in order to survive and can't always safely take the chance to try to switch pharmacies while in the need of a life saving medication. They abuse the power of having our lives in their hands and put peoples lives at risk. This place needs to be shut down. I am filing a former complaint with everyone i can as soon as I am phsyically able to do so.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not expect to be able to fill your prescriptions or get calls back from this pharmacy. I called at midday to ask that my prescription be filled by the evening as I have an early morning flight. They said they would or would call me back if they had any problems. After several hours with no call back, I called them and spent an hour and a half on hold with no answer. When I finally showed up, they told me I needed to bring the bottle from my old prescription or I would have to just go without my medication for a week because they were too short staffed to call me back. Now I am spending my night driving around frantically instead of packing, because they couldn’t call me to tell me like they said they would… and I still don’t know if I will get my prescription or not. I will never use this pharmacy again, it is not worth the stress. To make it worse the women at the pharmacy were not even apologetic about the situation.

My wife called to confirm availability of a medication after being told by another location it was in stock here. The woman who answered refused to check availability at other stores and had a very rude & condescending tone. She hung up the phone as my wife was trying to ask another question. There seems to be all sorts of problems with CVS pharmacy's inventory system showing inaccurate data, leading to a wild goose chase to find a location in our area that has the medication, but at least other locations have friendlier staff. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is far from an isolated incident at this location. Perhaps this lady should not be in a position where she's expected to provide help to (or even interact with) people.

This horrible pharmacy should just be closed down. Service has continuously deteriorated and prescriptions are rarely prepared until we go in person to pick up.Currently 8th in line with the pharmacy lights only now turning on 26 minutes after its supposed open time (after the hours had already been reduced). Apparently the pharmacist couldn't be bothered to show up on time. We'll be looking elsewhere and would discourage anyone from trying to use this place.

Pharmacist (manager!) acts like I'm a criminal just trying to request a refill. Has no time for basic questions, and seems to want everything to be an argument. Rude to my doctor, who called to verify that I'm under doctor supervision and not trying to get extra meds for drug dealing. Tried to figure out how I offended her but observed her treating other customers just as rudely. Will often drive extra distance to any other CVS just to avoid this pharmacist. Really upsetting to have such a bad experience just trying to get meds required for health and life.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars! The pharmacy is a joke! I waited in a long line to pick up my dogs trazodone and when I approached a young gentleman he was acting very weird. I stated my dogs name and he kept acting like he wanted me to leave... he told me he couldn't find any name like that... but my vet told me she talked in the phone with a pharmacist there and made a whole account a few days before... so I stepped out of line called my vet and she told me to let her talk to the pharmacist.... Then I proceeded to wait in another long line... once I got up to the same kid he kept giving me attitude .... Still could not spell his name right... I had my vet talk to him and he just walked away! A manger pharmacist came told me to go to another counter where I encountered a very rude woman .... She told me oh they just haven't got to it .... After a few days they never filled his prescription... she told me I had to wait 30 minutes or more.... I just walked out... it's a shame most of the pharmacists there look like they just hate their job... wouldn't recommend at all to go there unless you like being treated like poop.
